背景技术
采用注塑机生产塑料制品，例如托盘、垃圾桶等，为了降低生产成本，托盘和垃圾桶的原料一般掺进旧料、废料等回收塑料。回收塑料中有杂质，例如石子，以及铁屑等金属，注塑时，铁屑等金属不易熔化，注塑时会卡在注塑机的模头中，容易损坏模头，降低模头使用寿命和生产效率，影响制品质量。

本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点，提供一种采用分体设计，在注塑模头中设置过滤结构，能有效过滤铁屑等杂质，避免模头损坏，提高生产效率的分体式注塑模头的过滤装置。
本实用新型分体式注塑模头的过滤装置的技术方案是：其特征在于包括接头体和注塑体构成的注塑模头，注塑体的头部设置注塑头，注塑体中设置过滤腔，过滤腔中设置过滤装置，注塑体与接头体由连接机构相连接。

本实用新型的分体式注塑模头的过滤装置，所述的过滤装置为圆筒状过滤筒，过滤筒的周壁和底部设置均布的过滤孔，过滤筒的口部设置装配体（台阶形圆柱），注塑体的口部设置装配台阶（台阶形圆孔），装配体与装配台阶相配合。过滤孔均匀分布在过滤筒的周壁和底部，过滤可靠，装配体与装配台阶配合容易，安装方便。所述的连接机构为螺纹连接机构，在注塑体的口部设置外螺纹接头，接头体的一头设置内螺纹接口，内螺纹接口与外螺纹接头相配合，接头体的另一头设置模头连接体，螺纹连接方便、牢靠，结构简单，加工方便。

本实用新型涉及一种分体式注塑模头的过滤装置，如图1、图2所示，包括接头体1和注塑体2构成的注塑模头，注塑体2的头部设置注塑头3，注塑体2中设置过滤腔4，过滤腔中设置过滤装置，注塑体2与接头体1由连接机构相连接。本方案的主要特点是在注塑模头中设置过滤装置，为了便于设置过滤装置，将注塑模头分成接头体1和注塑体2两部分，接头体1和注塑体2由连接机构相连接，由了过滤装置后，带有杂质的熔融塑料从注塑机的加热料筒中流出，经过接头体1流入注塑体2中的过滤装置中，经过滤装置过滤后，能有效过滤熔融塑料中的铁屑等杂质，使铁屑等杂质不流入注塑头3中避免注塑头损坏，提高产品质量和生产效率。所述的过滤装置为圆筒状过滤筒5，过滤筒的周壁和底部设置均布的过滤孔6，过滤筒的口部设置装配体7（台阶形圆柱），注塑体2的口部设置装配台阶8（台阶形圆孔），装配体7与装配台阶8相配合。过滤孔均匀分布在过滤筒的周壁和底部，过滤可靠，装配体7与装配台阶8配合容易，安装方便。所述的连接机构为螺纹连接机构，在注塑体2的口部设置外螺纹接头9，接头体1的一头设置内螺纹接口10，内螺纹接口10与外螺纹接头9相配合，接头体1的另一头设置模头连接体11，螺纹连接方便、牢靠，结构简单，加工方便。

1.分体式注塑模头的过滤装置，其特征在于包括接头体（1）和注塑体（2）构成的注塑模头，注塑体（2）的头部设置注塑头（3），注塑体（2）中设置过滤腔（4），过滤腔中设置过滤装置，注塑体（2）与接头体（1）由连接机构相连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的分体式注塑模头的过滤装置，其特征在于所述的过滤装置为圆筒状过滤筒（5），过滤筒的周壁和底部设置均布的过滤孔（6），过滤筒的口部设置装配体（7），注塑体（2）的口部设置装配台阶（8），装配体（7）与装配台阶（8）相配合。
3.如权利要求1所述的分体式注塑模头的过滤装置，其特征在于所述的连接机构为螺纹连接机构，在注塑体（2）的口部设置外螺纹接头（9），接头体（1）的一头设置内螺纹接口（10），内螺纹接口（10）与外螺纹接头（9）相配合，接头体（1）的另一头设置模头连接体（11）。
