传统的日行灯是圆的LED灯具存在散热不良的问题,即LED在二次焊接后导致LED灯具光衰极快,从而大大降低了LED灯具的使用寿命,也大大影响了日行灯的使用,导致其安全缺陷。

针对现有技术上存在的不足,本实用新型目的是在于提供一种日间行车灯装置,出光均匀,无色斑,大大保证了日行灯使用的安全性,增加了其使用寿命。 
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型是通过如下的技术方案来实现:一种日间行车灯装置,包括玻纤板、绝缘层、线路板、围墙胶、荧光胶、LED芯片和键合线,玻纤板通过绝缘层设置有线路板,线路板上通过键合线设置有多个LED芯片,LED芯片之间填充有荧光胶,荧光胶外围设置有围墙胶。 
根据上述的一种日间行车灯装置,其中,所述的玻纤板上设置有焊点,焊点与电源连接线及LED芯片连接,电源连接线上还连接有驱动器,驱动日行灯工作。 
根据上述的一种日间行车灯装置,其中,所述的围墙胶外部还嵌套有透明灯罩。

值得注意的是,所述的玻纤板1上设置有焊点,焊点与电源连接线及LED芯片6连接,电源连接线上还连接有驱动器,驱动日行灯工作。 
此外,所述的围墙胶4外部还嵌套有透明灯罩。 
本具体实施方式将LED芯片直接在线路板上封装,其导热散热更加直接,热阻远远小于传统的LED,光衰更低,发光面积大,不存在因多颗单灯珠拼装焊接工艺所带来了不良隐患,发光可视范围广。 
本具体实施方式出光均匀,无色斑,大大保证了日行灯使用的安全性,增加了其使用寿命。
