本实用新型提供一种透气、可调温的面料,包括外织物层和内里层,所述外织物层和内里层之间设有调温层,所述调温层上设有腔体和透气孔,所述腔体内装有PCM相变材料,所述内里层为亚麻纤维和碳纳米纤维交织的织物;本实用新型设有调温层,调温层中的调温层相变材料在外界温度升高时能够吸热熔融,储存热量,在外界温度下降时能够放热冷凝,释放热量,从而使面料内部温度保持相对稳定,调温层中的透气孔保证织物的透气功能;内里层的亚麻纤维有良好的吸湿导热作用,碳纳米纤维有良好的导热作用,增加调温层中的热量传导。

背景技术
现行技术中的面料大多只能适合于某个季节的要求,在季节交替的时节,外界环境温度的变化很大,穿的过少容易感冒,穿的过多则显得臃肿不够时尚;对于追求时尚的年轻人,迫切希望能有一件可适应不同季节要求的服装,在环境温度较高时穿着凉爽,在环境温度较低时穿着暖和。

实用新型的目的在于克服上述不足,提供一种透气、可调温的面料。
为实现上述目的,本实用新型的技术解决方案是:透气调温面料,包括外织物层和内里层,所述外织物层和内里层之间设有调温层,所述调温层上设有腔体和透气孔,所述腔体内装有PCM相变材料。
优选的,所述内里层为亚麻纤维和碳纳米纤维交织的织物。
通过采用上述的技术方案,本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型设有调温层,调温层中的调温层相变材料在外界温度升高时能够吸热熔融,储存热量,在外界温度下降时能够放热冷凝,释放热量,从而使面料内部温度保持相对稳定,调温层中的透气孔保证织物的透气功能;内里层的亚麻纤维有良好的吸湿导热作用,碳纳米纤维有良好的导热作用,增加调温层中的热量传导。
