Abstract

本实用新型公开一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,由灯罩、灯体、驱动电路和LED光源板组成,驱动电路和LED光源板安装在灯体中,LED光源板与驱动电路连接,灯罩罩设在灯体上;在LED光源板上还安装单层反射结构,所谓单层反射结构为环形反射面板,环形反射面板呈中心低周边高的形状,环形反射面板具有中心透光区。本实用新型使光线得到充分利用,整灯出光效率高达92%,发光角度大于300°,出光均匀性好,光强分布满足美国能源之星最新标准要求,而且结构特别简单,在达到以上标准的要求下制造成本最低。

一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯
技术领域
本实用新型属于LED节能灯的技术领域,特别与全方向发光的标准型LED球泡灯结构有关。
技术背景
众所周知,LED照明产品作为新型的绿色环保产品越来越被人们所青睐,市场正以指数形式在增长,相关的技术标准也日趋完善,其中以美国能源之星为代表的标准对此产品的技术指标做出了非常全面、非常科学的规范,尤其是对产品配光提出了非常严格的要求,但对于LED产品来讲很小的发光角度是该产品的先天性缺陷。如何让LED球泡灯的发光角度符合美国能源之星的要求,便是本案的技术要点。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,以扩大发光角度,提高出光效率。
为了达成上述目的,本实用新型的技术方案是:
一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,由灯罩、灯体、驱动电路和LED光源板组成,驱动电路和LED光源板安装在灯体中,LED光源板与驱动电路连接,灯罩罩设在灯体上;在LED光源板上还安装单层反射结构,所谓单层反射结构为环形反射面板,环形反射面板呈中心低周边高的形状,环形反射面板具有中心透光区。
所述环形反射面板由下向上拱起。
所述单层反射结构的形状可以是喇叭状、碟状及相类似形状。
所述环形反射面板的中心透光区为通孔,或在通孔中安装进行补光或散光的散光装置(如散光板或透镜),以达到出光均匀性要求。
所述LED光源板上安装透明支架,单层反射结构固定在透明支架上。
所述灯体在灯罩罩设的下方形成镂空结构,保证整灯的散热效果。
采用上述方案后,本实用新型因为在LED光源板上安装了单层反射结构,所以,LED光源板产生的光线会分三路射出:一路避开环形反射面板直接向上从四周射出,另一路照射到环形反射面板的底表面,经反射再向下从四周射出,第三路透过中心透光区向上射出,这样,使光线得到充分利用,整灯出光效率高达92%,发光角度大于300o,出光均匀性好,光强分布满足美国能源之星最新标准要求,而且结构特别简单,在达到以上标准的要求下制造成本最低。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示,本实用新型揭示了一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,由灯罩1、灯体2、驱动电路3和LED光源板4组成。驱动电路3和LED光源板4安装在灯体2中,LED光源板4与驱动电路3连接,灯罩1罩设在灯体2上。
本案的改进点是:在LED光源板4上还安装单层反射结构。所谓单层反射结构为环形反射面板5,环形反射面板5呈中心低周边高的形状,为了使反射效果更好,此实施例将环形反射面板5设计成由下向上拱起,具体地说,单层反射结构5的形状可以是喇叭状、碟状及相类似形状。环形反射面板5具有中心透光区51。中心透光区51可以为通孔,或在通孔中安装散光装置(如散光板或透镜)进行补光或散光,以达到出光均匀性要求。为了方便安装,此实施例在LED光源板4上安装透明支架6,单层反射结构固定在透明支架6上。为了保证整灯的散热效果,此实施例的灯体2在灯罩1罩设的下方还形成镂空结构21,使整灯能够充足的散热。
本实用新型使用时,如图3所示,箭头代表光线,LED光源板4产生的光线会分三路射出:一路A避开环形反射面板5直接向上从四周射出,另一路B照射到环形反射面板5的底表面,经反射再向下从四周射出,第三路C透过中心透光区51向上射出,这样,使光线得到充分利用,整灯出光效率高达92%,发光角度大于300o,出光均匀性好,产品的实测数据表明,光强分布完全满足美国能源之星最新标准要求,而且结构特别简单,在达到以上标准的要求下制造成本最低。

1.一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,由灯罩、灯体、驱动电路和LED光源板组成,驱动电路和LED光源板安装在灯体中,LED光源板与驱动电路连接,灯罩罩设在灯体上;其特征在于:在LED光源板上还安装单层反射结构,所谓单层反射结构为环形反射面板,环形反射面板呈中心低周边高的形状,环形反射面板具有中心透光区。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述环形反射面板由下向上拱起。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述单层反射结构的形状是喇叭状或碟状。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述环形反射面板的中心透光区为通孔,或在通孔中安装散光装置。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述散光装置为散光板或透镜。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述LED光源板上安装透明支架,单层反射结构固定在透明支架上。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种全方向发光标准型LED球泡灯,其特征在于:所述灯体在灯罩罩设的下方形成镂空结构。
