背景技术
在水果深加工中，尤其是对苹果、梨子等果皮中提取果胶的加工，前序步骤需要将果皮进行粉碎，现有的果皮粉碎设备大多采用封闭方式进行粉碎，这样粉碎装置主要是将果皮粉碎成小颗粒状或近似粉末状，但对加工剩余废料果皮晒干后可用作于燃料来燃烧，燃烧时需要将晒干的果皮块粉碎，便于充分利用，晒干的果皮有一定的硬度和韧性，不易粉碎切断，主要是将其作为燃料只需要将其切成小片即可，现有普通的粉碎机粉碎不了，高精度粉碎机成本太高，也不需要将其粉碎成沫。

本实用新型的目的是提供了一种果皮粉碎切刀装置，克服了现有技术的不足，设计结构合理，通过一对旋转分切刀相对转动，切刀口倾斜设置，其中一旋转分切刀后端设有复位弹簧，形成挤压剪切，剪切效果好，切料均匀。
