Abstract

本发明涉及一种磨石。
背景技术
磨刀需要磨石，但是磨刀时不能随意变化磨刀的角度，随意变化磨刀的角度会严重损害刀磨制的质量，可能损害刀，也可能损害刀的锋利度，即使是有经验的人也不容易始终保持一个较好的角度磨好刀，没有经验的人更是难以磨好刀。通常的固定角度的磨石如滚动磨石，存在使用效果较差、磨的刀刃不够锋利、且不易控制刀刃的整体形状、容易将刀刃磨成凹凸不平状、刀的两端不好磨制等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对上述状况，提供一种改进的磨石，它使用效果较好，磨的刀刃较锋利，且容易控制刀刃的整体形状。
本发明的技术方案是：一种磨石，磨石由一组磨石片与另一组磨石片各磨石片相互交叉前后重叠构成，磨石上部有磨刀口，磨刀口夹角为10度至40度，各组磨石片≥6片，磨石下部有底。各组磨石片可为6片至180片。磨刀口夹角可为18度。可有底托。本磨石由于磨刀口夹角角度较小，主要适宜磨制切刀，如厨刀中的切片刀。底可连接防滑垫。使用时将刀刃放入磨刀口，一手握持刀柄，另一手控制刀背前部，前后运动，即可磨出合适角度平面刀刃。
本发明的有益效果是：由于本磨石巧妙地通过一组磨石片与另一组磨石片各磨石片相互交叉前后重叠构成，所以本磨石具有使用效果较好、磨的刀刃较锋利、容易控制刀刃的整体形状、结构较简单、使用便利、较容易磨出合适角度平面刀刃、容易磨出厨刀等需要的纵向带弧形的刀刃等优点。
