背景技术
目前国内的机械加工企业在生产加工中，对动车抱轴箱加工时使用的加工工装结构不合理，使得整个加工工作存在加工工序多、非常复杂，加工效率低以及加工精度不是很高的缺点。

针对上述同类技术问题存在的不足，本实用新型的目的是提供一种加工工序少，效率高的动车抱轴箱立式加工定位装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：动车抱轴箱立式加工定位装置，包括底板、支撑架、固定板、定位调节螺钉、压板、可调支撑螺钉，其特征在于：底板上中间位置固定有两个支撑架，两个支撑架的一端均固定有一个固定板，固定板上设有定位调节螺钉；底板上两端位置通过支撑杆固定有压板，一端压板前方的底板上还设有可调支撑螺钉，另一端压板一侧的底板上还固定有定位调节螺钉。
本实用新型的优点是：使用本装置对动车抱轴箱加工能大大的减少加工工序，而且定位准确，加工效率高，加工精度也比原来的高。

具体实施方式
现结合附图，对本实用新型的技术内容进行进一步描述。
如图1所示，底板1上中间位置固定有两个支撑架2，两个支撑架2的一端均固定有一个固定板3，固定板3上设有定位调节螺钉4；底板1上两端位置通过支撑杆固定有压板5，一端压板前方的底板1上还设有可调支撑螺钉6，另一端压板一侧的底板1上还固定有定位调节螺钉4。
工作时，将待加工工件置于两个支撑架2上，然后通过定位调节螺钉4，以及底板端部的压板5和可调支撑螺钉6对工件进行顶紧定位，工件被定位之后即可进行加工。
