本实用新型属于医用矫形器械技术领域，尤其涉及一种腰膝拉伸带。
背景技术
人体的脊柱是躯干的中轴和支柱，经常坐在办公室的白领特别是身体尚处于发育阶段、并且长期坐在课桌前的学生，由于不良的坐姿常常会导致腰椎后弯、骨盆后倾导致压迫腰部肌肉、韧带等软组织，进而挤压了腰椎的神经组织，并产生腰椎间盘突出等毛病。为了纠正不良坐姿，中国专利号为200920102453.X的实用新型专利公开了一种牵引式护腰带，该护腰带的结构由左肩带、右肩带和带有固定扣的腰带，极易设置于腰带的外侧的左膝带和右膝带构成。使用时，采用坐姿，先将左肩带、右肩带套在左肩和右肩上，再将腰带系在腰间，扣好固定扣，然后将双腿弯曲，将左膝带套在人体左膝上，将右膝带套在人体右膝上。其后膝盖向前下方用力，左膝带和右膝带将腰带向前下方拉，左肩带和右肩带将人肩部后拉，肩、腰、膝形成三角状态，从而可以达到牵引矫姿目的。但该牵引式护腰带由于设置了用于系在腰间的腰带，不仅存在结构复杂和使用不便的问题，而且在使用过程中腰带会造成腹部的紧束感，长时间会对胃肠道的消化造成影响。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的问题就是提供一种结构简单、使用方便并且不会产生不舒适感的腰膝拉伸带。
为解决上述问题，本实用新型采用的技术方案为：
一种腰膝拉伸带，其结构包括设置有若干竖直支撑板条的护腰块，在该护腰块的两侧分别设置有与之连接的拉伸带构成左膝盖带环和右膝盖带环。
构成上述腰膝拉伸带的附加技术特征还包括：
——所述护腰块的后侧设置有上、下穿环，设置有长短调解机构的拉伸带穿入其中；
——所述的拉伸带设置有能够调整移动的膝盖垫块；
——所述的护腰块中设置有中健身功能块。
本实用新型所提供的腰膝拉伸带与现有技术相比，具有以下优点：其一，由于该腰膝拉伸带在用于护腰块上只设置了左、右膝盖带环，因此在使用时只需将其分别套在左、右膝盖上即可，具有结构简单和使用方便的特点；其二，由于构成左、右膝盖带环的拉伸带由穿入护腰块后侧设置的上、下穿环中的一条膝盖带构成，因此在使用过程中可以任意调整，具有调整方便的特点；其三，由于在护腰块中设置有具有按摩或发热的中药块，因此该腰膝拉伸带在纠正坐姿的同时还具有按摩保健的功能。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型提供的一种腰膝拉伸带的结构和使用原理做进一步详细说明。
如图1、2所示，为本实用新型提供的一种腰膝拉伸带的结构示意图。构成该腰膝拉伸带的结构包括设置有三条道六条由竖直钢板1作支撑板条的护腰块2，在该护腰块的后侧设置有上、下两排穿环3、4，设置有诸如尼龙粘扣、子母扣等长短调解机构5的拉伸带8穿入其中，形成能够套在膝盖上的左膝盖带环6和右膝盖带环7。
使用时，首先将护腰块扣在腰部，然后将拉伸带8穿入上、下两排穿环中，通过调解机构调节其长度并形成左膝盖带环和右膝盖带环，然后将套在左右膝盖上，右膝盖用力即可。
在构成上述腰膝拉伸带的结构中，
——当构成拉伸带8的宽度较窄时，在膝盖带上设置有能够调整移动的左右膝盖垫块9，以便对膝盖的保护，同时在该垫块中设置保健块会更利于膝盖的健康；
——由于人体的腰部是一种极易受伤（如受寒和腰椎间盘突出）的部位，在护腰块中设置有诸如能够发热的中药袋或按摩块构成的保健功能块10，则更实用；
构成腰膝拉伸带的左、右膝盖带环既可以是如图所示的由一条拉伸带8构成，也可以是由两条分别固定于护腰块两侧的拉伸带构成。
使用该腰膝拉伸带，当拉伸带通过双膝对腰部的前拉，首先固定了骨盆，使之不再倾斜，拉伸腰椎，使之回到中立位，让腰椎挺直，恢复正常曲度，拉力加大，也带动胸椎、颈椎回到正常曲度，从而改善了因脊椎后突、侧弯引起的种种症状；再者，因拉伸带的拉伸及钢板的支撑，对腰部肌肉、髌韧带起到了较好的压揉和保护作用，力量自己可以控制，应用自如。

1.一种腰膝拉伸带，包括左肩带、右肩带和带有固定扣的腰带，其特征在于：所述腰带的外侧设置有左膝带和右膝带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种腰膝拉伸带，其特征在于：所述的左膝带和右膝带连为一体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种腰膝拉伸带，其特征在于：所述的左膝带和右膝带相互独立。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种腰膝拉伸带，其特征在于：所述的左膝带和右肩带连为一体，右膝带和左肩带连为一体。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3或4所述的一种腰膝拉伸带，其特征在于：所述的左膝带、右膝带、左肩带和右肩带上设置有调节扣。
