如图1所示，将现有轮椅踩脚板4进行改进，在横杆5装上两个竖支架2，竖支架2上有滑道3与脚踩板4上的脚踩板扣1相适配，在脚踩板4和横杆5之间安装弹簧6，弹簧6一端固定横杆5上，一端固定在脚踩板4的底部，当轮椅走动时，人的双腿随着惯性脚踩板上下轻微振动，有利于人体的血液循环。
