Abstract
一种管路连接端头密封装置，用于管路连接端头的密封。包括两根连接在一起的管端头，在所述的管端头外设有相互配合的上连接件和下连接件，在所述的上连接件和下连接件之间设有弹性密封件，在下连接件底部设有凹槽，在弹性密封件上部和下连接件底部凹槽内分别设有上密封圈和下密封圈。以上所述的上连接件和下连接件通过螺栓紧固连接。以上所述的弹性密封件上部设有凹槽，所述的上密封圈设置在弹性密封件上部的凹槽内。其有益效果是，对管路的连接端头起到了更好的保护作用，减少了出现泄漏的现象。

技术领域
本实用新型用于管路连接端头的密封。
背景技术
在化工、石油、供热等施工过程中，经常会用到管路相互之间的连接。在大型施工中，如果管路短期内不需要更换，一般将管路端头的连接处焊接成一体，防止其出现泄漏现象。但大多情况是采用螺纹或法兰连接，接头处采用内部加设密封圈或密封垫的密封方法。但随着时间延长或管路出现震动，会造成接头部位松动而出现泄漏。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种管路连接端头密封装置，采用外部密封方法，减少管路接头连接处产生泄漏。
为了达到上述目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种管路连接端头密封装置，包括两根连接在一起的管端头，其特征是：在所述的管端头外设有相互配合的上连接件和下连接件，在所述的上连接件和下连接件之间设有弹性密封件，在下连接件底部设有凹槽，在弹性密封件上部和下连接件底部凹槽内分别设有上密封圈和下密封圈。
以上所述的上连接件和下连接件通过螺栓紧固连接。
以上所述的弹性密封件上部设有凹槽，所述的上密封圈设置在弹性密封件上部的凹槽内。
本实用新型的有益效果是，对管路的连接端头起到了更好的保护作用，减少了出现泄漏的现象。

具体实施方式
由附图1可知，本实用新型提供了一种对管路的连接端头起到密封保护作用的密封装置，是在相互连接的管端头1外设有相互配合的上连接件7和下连接件4，在所述的上连接件7和下连接件4之间设有弹性密封件3，在下连接件4底部设有凹槽，在弹性密封件3上部和下连接件4底部凹槽内分别设有上密封圈2和下密封圈5。本实用新型所述的弹性密封件3可采用聚四氟乙烯预制件，在所述的弹性密封件3上部设有凹槽，所述的上密封圈2设置在弹性密封件3上部的凹槽内。以上所述的上连接件7和下连接件4通过螺栓6紧固连接。
本实用新型可用于任何方式连接的管端头，比如采用螺纹连接或法兰连接。在对采用法兰连接的管端头进行密封时，由于弹性密封件3的弹性作用，可以很好的将连接法兰进行包裹，其效果同样明显。

1.一种管路连接端头密封装置，包括两根连接在一起的管端头，其特征是：在所述的管端头外设有相互配合的上连接件和下连接件，在所述的上连接件和下连接件之间设有弹性密封件，在下连接件底部设有凹槽，在弹性密封件上部和下连接件底部凹槽内分别设有上密封圈和下密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管路连接端头密封装置，其特征是：所述的上连接件和下连接件通过螺栓紧固连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管路连接端头密封装置，其特征是：所述的弹性密封件上部设有凹槽，所述的上密封圈设置在弹性密封件上部的凹槽内。
