Abstract
一种轻质砌块棱角保护装置,包括四个PVC棱角保护套和与之相连接的橡皮筋,通过橡皮筋将每两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套连接起来。每两个相邻PVC棱角保护套及与之相连接橡皮筋总长度小于轻质砌块的边长,将两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套分别套在轻质砌块相相邻的棱角外边,通橡皮筋的可收缩性实现套紧轻质砌块,从而实现对轻质砌块的保护功能。
Description
本实用新型涉及到建筑施工领域一种轻质砌块棱角保护装置,主要适用于工业与民用建筑施工中轻质砌块的棱角保护。
背景技术
轻质砌块由于本身具有质量轻,内部空隙大,具有保温节能功效等优点,目前在工业与民用建筑施工中大量采用;但是轻质砌块也存在诸如抗碰撞强度低,在搬运和运输过程中棱角很容易受到破损,影响到其使用功能。目前轻质砌块运输过程中保护措施不少,但保护措施不是很到位,运输过程中棱角会时不时受到破损,影响到墙体砌筑质量,正困扰着建筑墙体施工质量。
发明内容
针对上述轻质砌块运输过程棱角易受到破损,本实用新型提出了一种可往复使用的轻质砌块棱角保护装置。本装置包括四个PVC棱角保护套和与之相连接的橡皮筋,通过橡皮筋将每两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套连接起来。每两个相邻PVC棱角保护套及与之相连接橡皮筋总长度小于轻质砌块的边长,将两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套分别套在轻质砌块相相邻的棱角外边,通橡皮筋的可收缩性实现套紧轻质砌块,从而实现对轻质砌块的保护功能。

具体实施方式
1、 选用PVC片折叠加工成棱角保护套,棱角保护套尺寸小于轻质砌块边棱长度的1/3;
2、 每组加工四个PVC棱角保护套,在每两个棱角保护套的末端用粘贴一根橡皮筋,每两个相邻保护PVC棱角保护套及橡皮筋长度小轻质砌块的长度;
3、 将上述四个两两相邻用橡皮筋相连接的PVC棱角保护套分别套在轻质砌块四个棱角外面,利用橡皮筋的伸缩性实现PVC棱角保护套与轻质砌块紧贴,从而实现棱角保护;
4、 同样用四个同样PVC棱角保护套实现轻质砌块其余四个棱角的紧贴保护,从而实现轻质砌块在搬运过程中棱角免受碰撞破损。
Claims (2)
1.一种轻质砌块棱角保护装置,包括四个PVC棱角保护套和与之相连接的橡皮筋,通过橡皮筋将每两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套连接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻质砌块棱角保护装置,其特征大于:每两个相邻PVC棱角保护套及与之相连接橡皮筋总长度小于轻质砌块的边长,将两个相邻的PVC棱角保护套分别套在轻质砌块相相邻的棱角外边,通橡皮筋的可收缩性实现套紧轻质砌块,从而实现对轻质砌块的保护功能。
