本实用新型属于破碎机，涉及一种带有胀紧连接套的圆锥破碎机。
背景技术
目前的圆锥破碎机，机架部分的主轴与球瓦座都采用过盈配合，传统的过盈配合连接，对零件互相配合的孔与轴的尺寸精度要求较高，提高了零件的加工难度，在组装设备和维修设备时，过盈配合的零部件拆装难度很大，过盈配合连接在安装时，首先需要对球瓦座配合孔进行加热，加热到120℃，再进行装配，拆卸时也同样需要加热，才能将其拆卸下来，加大了主轴与球瓦座间拆装的难度和时间。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺点，本实用新型提供一种安装时无需特别处理，只需要将螺栓按要求拧紧周边的一圈六角螺钉即可，且调整方便，可以将轮毂在轴上方便的调到所需要安装的位置，同时缩短了拆装时间和降低了拆装难度，而且在轴上不用加工键槽，可提高轴的强度和耐疲劳强度的带有胀紧连接套的圆锥破碎机。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种带有胀紧连接套的圆锥破碎机，包括圆锥破碎机机架及与机架相组合位于机架上端的躯体，在机架和躯体的中间位置处设置有主轴，在躯体内设置球轴承，球轴承内设有球瓦，球瓦下端栓接有球瓦座，在主轴、球瓦及球瓦座之间装配有胀紧连接套，胀紧连接套内孔与主轴外圆采用间隙配合，下端面顶着主轴台阶端面使得胀紧连接套轴向定位，胀紧连接套外圆与球瓦座内孔也采用间隙配合。
本实用新型的有益效果是：增加的胀紧连接套结构能够使得主机零件安装和拆装和维护方便，同时，胀紧套的连接对轴和孔的配合精度相对较低，对零部件精度要求不高，降低了零部件的加工难度，且互换性和可调性好，胀紧套连接具有自我调节和修复的功能，即使零件有一定的超差也照样使用，若采用过盈连接时，由于多次拆装可能会引起超差失效，进而引起零件的报废，并从根本上解决了过盈配合带来的一系列问题，大大提升了设备装机和维修时的工作效率，降低了工人师傅们的劳动强度，提高的了其它与之相关联零件的使用性能。

参见图1，一种带有胀紧连接套的圆锥破碎机，包括圆锥破碎机机架7及与机架7相组合位于机架7上端的躯体1，在机架7和躯体1的中间位置处设置有主轴6，在躯体1内设置球轴承2，球轴承2内设有球瓦3，球瓦3下端栓接有球瓦座4，在主轴6、球瓦3及球瓦座4之间装配有胀紧连接套5，胀紧连接套5内孔与主轴6外圆采用间隙配合，下端面顶着主轴台阶端面使得胀紧连接套5轴向定位，胀紧连接套5外圆与球瓦座4内孔也采用间隙配合。
装配时，将胀紧连接套5安装在主轴6上，将球瓦座4也套在胀紧连接套5外圆上，然后将胀紧连接套5上螺钉逐个均匀的拧紧，使得胀紧连接套5胀紧，将主轴6与球瓦座4紧固连接起来。
增加的胀紧连接套5结构能够使得主机零件安装和拆装和维护方便，同时，胀紧套的连接对轴和孔的配合精度相对较低，对零部件精度要求不高，降低了零部件的加工难度，且互换性和可调性好，胀紧套连接具有自我调节和修复的功能，即使零件有一定的超差也照样使用，若采用过盈连接时，由于多次拆装可能会引起超差失效，进而引起零件的报废，并从根本上解决了过盈配合带来的一系列问题，大大提升了设备装机和维修时的工作效率，降低了工人师傅们的劳动强度，提高的了其它与之相关联零件的使用性能。

1.一种带有胀紧连接套的圆锥破碎机，包括圆锥破碎机机架及与机架相组合位于机架上端的躯体，其特征是：在机架和躯体的中间位置处设置有主轴，在躯体内设置球轴承，球轴承内设有球瓦，球瓦下端栓接有球瓦座，在主轴、球瓦及球瓦座之间装配有胀紧连接套，胀紧连接套内孔与主轴外圆采用间隙配合，下端面顶着主轴台阶端面使得胀紧连接套轴向定位，胀紧连接套外圆与球瓦座内孔也采用间隙配合。
