Abstract
一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，属于注塑机辅机设备结构领域，包括料筒、回气管、过滤器、抽气管、气泵、三脚架、加热管、集气筒和进气管，所述料筒成锥形结构倒装在注塑机上，料筒底部的进气管和料筒顶部的回气管之间构成循环回路，回气管的底部接有过滤器防止物料被气泵吸进，过滤器的底部为抽气管，过滤器出口设有气泵，气泵通过三脚架支撑在地面上，气泵的出口为集气筒储存部分气体利于补气，集气筒内装有加热管加热回路间的气体。因此该装置解决了注塑机在物料烘干和软化过程中多余的热量直接排放在车间内或者室外造成能源浪费、影响工作环境和造成环境污染的问题。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，属于注塑机辅机设备结构领域。
背景技术
注塑机是将热塑性塑料或热固性塑料利用成型模具制成各种形状塑料制品的主要成型设备，注塑机在吸料和打料过程中都会利用模温机或热风对物料进行烘干和加热，这些热量一部分被物料和机器吸收，很大一部分都直接排放到车将里或用排风管排到室外，这样不仅浪费了很大一部分能源而且会导致车间工作环境温度越来越高同时还污染大气环境。为了解决注塑机上这些多余热量的问题，需要开发一款能提高热量利用率、降低车间环境温度、节约能源和减少环境污染的辅助设备。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置。
本实用新型要解决的问题是注塑机在物料烘干和软化过程中多余的热量直接排放在车间内或者室外造成能源浪费、影响工作环境和造成环境污染的问题。
为实现本实用新型的目的，本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，包括料筒、回气管、过滤器、抽气管、气泵、三脚架、加热管、集气筒和进气管，所述料筒成锥形结构倒装在注塑机上，料筒的底部侧边装有进气管利于物料烘干，料筒的顶部装有回气管利于回气，进气管和回气管之间构成循环回路，回气管的底部接有过滤器防止物料被气泵吸进，过滤器的底部为抽气管，过滤器出口设有气泵，气泵通过三脚架支撑在地面上，气泵的出口为集气筒储存部分气体利于补气，集气筒成圆筒型结构，集气筒内装有加热管加热回路间的气体。
所述回气管、抽气管和进气管均为SUS314材料，回气管、抽气管和进气管外都包有保温岩棉；加热管为干烧型。
本实用新型的优点是：在物料桶上增设一循环回路让加热后的气体处于循环状态不仅可以节约能源节约生产成本，同时可适当降低车间内工作环境的温度和减少对环境的污染，回气管、抽气管和进气管外均包有保温岩棉更进一步的降低能量外漏的百分比，循环回路采用下进上出的结构设计使气体能将料筒内所有物料进行烘干同时利于回气。

下面结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步的说明。
本实用新型一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，包括料筒1、回气管2、过滤器3、抽气管4、气泵5、三脚架6、加热管7、集气筒8和进气管9，所述料筒1成锥形结构倒装在注塑机上，料筒1的底部侧边装有进气管9利于物料烘干，料筒1的顶部装有回气管2利于回气，进气管9和回气管2之间构成循环回路，回气管2的底部接有过滤器3防止物料被气泵5吸进，过滤器3的底部为抽气管4，回气管2、抽气管4和进气管9均为SUS314材料，回气管2、抽气管4和进气管9外都包有保温岩棉更进一步的降低能量外漏的百分比，过滤器3出口设有气泵5，气泵5通过三脚架6支撑在地面上，气泵5的出口为集气筒8储存部分气体利于补气，集气筒8成圆筒型结构，集气筒8内装有干烧型加热管7加热回路间的气体烘干物料。
本实用新型使用方法：将配套的热风回收装置接在料筒1上，进气管9接在料筒1的底部，回气管2接在料筒1的顶部，注塑机开始工作时打开气泵5开关和加热管7开关便能进行气体的加热对物料进行烘干，同时多余的气体储存在集气筒8内给新补给的物料进行加热，加热过的气体一直在循环回路上循环；因此本实用新型具有能提高热量利用率、降低车间环境温度、节约能源和减少环境污染等优点。

1.一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，包括料筒（1）、回气管（2）、过滤器（3）、抽气管（4）、气泵（5）、三脚架（6）、加热管（7）、集气筒（8）和进气管（9），其特征是：所述料筒（1）成锥形结构倒装在注塑机上，料筒（1）的底部侧边装有进气管（9），料筒（1）的顶部装有回气管（2），进气管（9）和回气管（2）之间构成循环回路，回气管（2）的底部接有过滤器（3），过滤器（3）的底部为抽气管（4），过滤器（3）出口设有气泵（5），气泵（5）通过三脚架（6）支撑在地面上，气泵（5）的出口为集气筒（8），集气筒（8）成圆筒型结构，集气筒（8）内装有加热管（7）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，其特征是：所述回气管（2）、抽气管（4）和进气管（9）均为SUS314材料，回气管（2）、抽气管（4）和进气管（9）外都包有保温岩棉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于注塑机的热风回收装置，其特征是：所述加热管（7）为干烧型。
