背景技术
锶铁氧体是重要的永磁体浆料。现有技术中，将锶铁氧体粉体倒入池体内，按1:1的比例加入水后进行混合，制出浆料，然后转移到球磨车间制得铁氧体料泥，铁氧体料泥再通过成型机加工成铁氧体胚块。经球磨得到的铁氧体料泥的湿度不是很均匀，因此成型机加工出的铁氧体胚块容易发生破碎，需要返工，增加了成本，降低了生产效率。

本实用新型的目的是提供一种铁氧体料泥搅拌装置，来搅拌的铁氧体料泥，使其湿度均匀，从而方便成型机的加工，以提高铁氧体胚块的成型质量。

一种铁氧体料泥搅拌装置，包括有池体和位于池体周围的多个进料管，所述的多个进料管中分别安装有第一泥浆泵，其特征在于：所述多个进料管的前端分别朝向所述的池体，所述池体的端口架设有横梁，所述的横梁上安装有电机，所述电机输出轴的下端联接有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴的下端延伸到池体内，且搅拌轴的下端安装有搅拌桨；从所述池体内的底部引出管道并连接有第二泥浆泵。

参见图1，一种铁氧体料泥搅拌装置，包括有池体1和位于池体1周围的多个进料管2，多个进料管2中分别安装有第一泥浆泵3，多个进料管2的前端分别朝向池体1，池体1的端口架设有横梁4，横梁4上安装有电机5，电机5输出轴的下端联接有搅拌轴6，搅拌轴6的下端延伸到池体1内，且搅拌轴6的下端安装有搅拌桨7；从池体1内的底部引出管道8并连接有第二泥浆泵9。
本实用新型中，横梁4为槽钢。

1.一种铁氧体料泥搅拌装置，包括有池体和位于池体周围的多个进料管，所述的多个进料管中分别安装有第一泥浆泵，其特征在于：所述多个进料管的前端分别朝向所述的池体，所述池体的端口架设有横梁，所述的横梁上安装有电机，所述电机输出轴的下端联接有搅拌轴，所述搅拌轴的下端延伸到池体内，且搅拌轴的下端安装有搅拌桨；从所述池体内的底部引出管道并连接有第二泥浆泵。
