本实用新型涉及一种钻削刀具,具体地讲,本实用新型涉及一种用于圆孔倒角的刀具。
背景技术
钢质法兰是一种通用机械零件,广泛应用于各种管道的连接。钢质法兰的结构特征是端面按规格均布连接通孔,常规生产条件下,钢质法兰上的连接通孔均采用钻削加工成形。钻削加工的通孔进口端带有毛刺,出口端则带有飞边,按照通用技术条件要求,这些孔口都得作倒角处理。本行业普遍在连接通孔钻削之后,换用大直径麻花钻作连接通孔口部倒角。此种做法简便,所用大直径麻花钻头易购,倒角便捷。事实上,因麻花钻头刃部前角较小,刃口锋利,切削速度快,很不适合直接用于通孔倒角,只有工件固定后才能做到倒角光滑,否则倒角处呈波浪状。工件在固定条件下倒角固然安全,倒角质量高,但生产效率低,不适合作批量生产钢质法兰连接通孔的倒角加工。
实用新型内容
本实用新型主要针对现有麻花钻头倒角的不足,提出一种结构简单、制作容易,倒角快捷且质量好的圆孔倒角刀具,该刀具用于倒角时工件不需作位置固定,大大节省辅助工时,提高生产效率。
本实用新型通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。

2、圆孔倒角刀具的刃部前角为钝角,欠锋利的刃部特别适合作孔口倒角加工;
3、多只刀刃同时锪孔,工件受力均匀不会发生抖动,故工件不需作固定连接,由此可大大节省辅助工时,显著提高生产效率。

下面根据附图并结合实施例,对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1所示的圆孔倒角刀具用高速工具钢制造,它由柄部1和锥台部2共同组成。所述锥台部2大端面与柄部1同轴连接,柄部1用于夹持,锥台部2外壁设有3~5只刀刃。锥台部2朝下的圆锥角α1等于待加工连接通孔口部倒角尺寸,本实施例待加工连接通孔为Φ17mm,口部为1×1200倒角,因待加工孔径小,故锥台部2朝下的圆锥角α1取用1200,在锥台部2圆周上顺时针均布3只刀槽2.1,就足以满足高质量倒角加工。因本实施例中锥台部2朝下的锥角α1=1200,刀槽2.1的内平面与柄部1轴线夹角α2比α1小100,刀槽2.1的刃部前角γ取值为850。此种刃部前角为钝角,使刃部欠锋利,只有这样微量切削用的刀具才特别适合作孔口倒角加工。再加上3只刀刃同时锪孔,工件受力均匀不会发生抖动,故工件不需作固定连接,由此可大大节省辅助工时,显著提高生产效率。
本实用新型为成形刀具,刀刃均布在锥台部2外壁上,同一把刀具在一定尺寸范围内都能用于倒角加工。锥台部2的锥角α1主要依据工件需求,450倒角选用900,600倒角选用1200,尽管α1值不同,但使用效果相同。

1.一种圆孔倒角刀具,它由柄部(1)和锥台部(2)共同组成;其特征在于:所述锥台部(2)大端面与柄部(1)同轴连接,朝下的圆锥角α1=900~1200,在锥台部(2)圆周上顺时针均布3~5只刀槽(2.1);所述刀槽(2.1)的内平面与柄部(1)的轴线夹角α2比α1小100~200,刀槽(2.1)的刃部前角γ=800~850
2.根据权利要求1所述的圆孔倒角刀具,其特征在于:一体化的柄部(1)和锥台部(2)材质为高速工具钢。
