本实用新型涉及一种肛门引流管。
背景技术
腹部外科结肠、直肠手术后肛门插管辅助排气及引流肠内容物，利于吻合口愈合。以往所采用的肛门引流管如图3所示，在引流管端头有一直径2-3mm的侧管9，用于引入观察用的造影剂。引流管为普通胶管，插入肛门后，用皮肤缝线固定，不易操作且皮肤固定处易感染；又因牵拉、移动引流管引起疼痛；还不方便清洗。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是针对上述现状，旨在提供一种结构简单合理，方便插入、方便清洗，患者使用安全舒适的肛门引流管。
本实用新型目的的实现方式为，肛门引流管，由引流管、注药管和导棒构成，引流管一端头有药液进入孔，另一端与引流袋的袋口套接；注药管端头有阀门；引流管、注药管由滑环套在一起，滑环外接拉胶贴的拉线；导棒的外径小于引流管的内径。

具体实施方式
下面参照附图详述本实用新型。
参照图1、2，本实用新型由引流管2、注药管5和导棒8构成。引流管一端头有药液进入孔1，从注药管5所注的药从药液进入孔进入肛门内。引流管另一端与引流袋7的袋口套接，所引流的肠内容物进入引流袋内。引流袋有刻度，可清楚观察肠内容物的引流量。注药管5端头有阀门6，注药后阀门关闭，使管内外没有压力差，不易堵塞。引流管2、注药管5由滑环4套在一起，滑环外接拉胶贴3的拉线，滑环4可根据插入深度调节位置，而后用胶贴3固定，不用皮肤缝线固定，患者舒适。
导棒8的外径小于引流管2的内径，插入引流管时，插棒置入引流管中，插入方便轻松，引流管堵塞时，可用插棒清洁，方便清洗。

1.肛门引流管，其特征在于由引流管、注药管和导棒构成，引流管一端头有药液进入孔，另一端与引流袋的袋口套接；注药管端头有阀门；引流管、注药管由滑环套在一起，滑环外接拉胶贴的拉线；注药管和导棒的外径小于引流管的内径。
2.根据权利要求1所述的肛门引流管，其特征在于引流袋（7）带有刻度。
