背景技术
软索连接件又称钢丝绳连接环，用于将两堵墙连接起来快速建房，现有的钢丝绳连接环，存在如下缺点：钢丝绳性软，定型困难（要求钢丝绳呈90°垂直状，其环状部分应密封在保护盒内），因此，在保护盒内需加固定片将钢丝绳卡住定型，这就使结构变得复杂，成本增加。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种软索连接件，以克服上述缺点。
    为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术解决方案是：一种软索连接件，包括钢丝绳环和保护盒，其特征在于：所述钢丝绳环1呈垂直状，其一端置于保护盒2，另一端穿过保护盒面板端部的索孔3与锁扣4相连，钢丝绳环1的中心设有定型钢丝。
所述保护盒2为密封镀锌保护盒，其面板为镀锌板，底部为布基胶带。
本实用新型的有益效果是：由于在钢丝绳的中心设置了钢筋芯，增加了钢丝绳的硬度，使钢丝绳能呈90°垂直状而无须在保护盒内设置固定片，从而取得了结构简单、加工工艺简化和成本降低的有益效果。

参见图1-2，本实用新型包括钢丝绳环和保护盒，其特征在于：所述钢丝绳环1呈垂直状，其一端置于保护盒2，另一端穿过保护盒面板端部的索孔3与锁扣4相连，钢丝绳环1的中心设有定型钢丝。
所述保护盒2为密封镀锌保护盒，其面板为镀锌板，底部为布基胶带。
钢丝绳环1是由一根钢丝组成，其环状部分置于密封的保护盒2内，该保护盒的面板是镀锌薄铁板，底部是布基胶带，钢丝绳环的直线部分穿过保护盒2面板端头的索孔3与锁扣4连接，而钢丝绳环的中心设有定型钢丝5，这样，就增加了钢丝绳环的硬度，使其能呈90°垂直状，环状部分埋在保护盒内，而直线部分与墙体9浇注在一起，当需要连接两堵墙时，可抠开保护盒底部的布基胶带6将其中的环状钢丝绳拉直，并将两个环状钢丝绳搭接，插入连接钢筋7，然后从灌浆口8灌入混凝土浆，凝固后两堵墙则牢固地连接在一起。墙板为PC板（预应力钢筋混凝土构件）。

1.一种软索连接件，包括钢丝绳环和保护盒，其特征在于：所述钢丝绳环（1）呈垂直状，其一端置于保护盒（2），另一端穿过保护盒面板端部的索孔（3）与锁扣（4）相连，钢丝绳环（1）的中心设有定型钢丝。
2.按权利要求1所述软索连接件，其特征在于所述保护盒（2）为密封镀锌保护盒，其面板为镀锌板，底部为布基胶带。
