技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种塑料件制品，具体涉及一种具有卡接倒钩的塑料件。
背景技术
随着汽车工业的不断发展，人们对汽车动力、油耗、安全、NVH等要求的不断提高，质轻、坚固、易加工的塑料也越来越多地应用于汽车工业。从对车内美观性的考虑，不可能采用大量螺钉或螺栓等紧固件来安装塑料件，因此，在塑料件结构设计时，会在塑料件本体1的边缘设置一些卡接倒钩4’（参见图3），为了保证卡接倒钩4’的强度，卡接倒钩4’的厚度一般为1.0～1.5mm，其根部与塑料件本体1之间的联接区域6处的厚度比塑料件本体1其它地方厚1～2mm。在产品注塑成型的过程中，由于这些壁厚较大区域的收缩程度与壁厚较小区域的收缩程度不一致，在壁厚较大区域就回产生收缩痕，从而影响塑料件的表面品质。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种具有卡接倒钩的塑料件，以避免塑料件在卡接倒钩与塑料件本体的联接区域处产生收缩痕。
本实用新型所述的具有卡接倒钩的塑料件，包括塑料件本体和与塑料件本体边缘联为一体的卡接倒钩，卡接倒钩由至少两只相互平行的倒钩组成，每只倒钩均通过呈条形的加强筋与塑料件本体联为一体。
相邻的两只倒钩之间通过连接块联为一体，以确保卡接倒钩的强度。
本实用新型所述的具有卡接倒钩的塑料件，将卡接倒钩与塑料件本体的联接部分改进为宽度较小的窄条联接，从而减小了具有较大厚度的卡接倒钩与塑料件本体联接部分的面积，在产品注塑成型时，能够有效避免塑料件本体与卡接倒钩联接处产生的收缩痕，从而提高了塑料件表面的外观质量。

1.具有卡接倒钩的塑料件，包括塑料件本体（1）和与塑料件本体边缘联为一体的卡接倒钩（4），其特征在于：卡接倒钩由至少两只相互平行的倒钩（2）组成，每只倒钩均通过呈条形的加强筋（4）与塑料件本体联为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有卡接倒钩的塑料件，其特征在于：相邻的两只倒钩（2）之间通过连接块（3）联为一体。
