本实用新型涉及一种电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置,属于电力设备领域。 
背景技术
电抗器的铁芯与夹件之间安装铁轭绝缘,铁轭绝缘将铁芯与夹件分隔,起绝缘的作用。目前,电抗器的铁轭绝缘就是一块长条形的绝缘板,虽然安装方便,但整块板上没有通风装置,散热性能差,容易造成铁芯温升,影响安全运行。  
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为了克服已有技术的缺点,提供一种采用绝缘材料加工,结合通风孔设计,加强铁轭上下的空气循环,达到铁芯散热目的,降低铁芯温升的电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置。  
本实用新型电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置的技术方案是:包括电抗器的铁芯、夹件和线圈浇注体,线圈浇注体的高压侧设置出线端子,线圈浇注体的底部安装底座,夹件上有桥板,夹件与铁芯之间安装铁轭绝缘,其特征在于所述的铁轭绝缘包括两块隔板,两块隔板之间设置等距排列的隔条,相邻的两个隔条之间构成通风孔。

具体实施方式
本实用新型涉及一种电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置,如图1、图2所示,包括电抗器的铁芯1、夹件2和线圈浇注体3,线圈浇注体3的高压侧设置出线端子4,线圈浇注体3的底部安装底座5,夹件2上有桥板6,夹件2与铁芯1之间安装铁轭绝缘,所述的铁轭绝缘包括两块隔板7,两块隔板7之间设置等距排列的隔条8,相邻的两个隔条8之间构成通风孔9。本方案主要的特点是所述的铁轭包括两块隔板7,两块隔板7之间设置等距排列的隔条8,相邻的两个隔条8之间构成通风孔9,与已有的整块铁轭绝缘相比,有了通风孔后,能加强铁轭绝缘上下两头的空气循环,从而达到加快铁芯散热的目的,降低铁芯温升,保证电抗器安全运行。所述的隔板7和隔条8为环氧板材料所制成。或者所述的隔板7和隔条8为亚胺板材料所制成。环氧板或者亚胺板绝缘效果好。

1.电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置,包括电抗器的铁芯(1)、夹件(2)和线圈浇注体(3),线圈浇注体(3)的高压侧设置出线端子(4),线圈浇注体(3)的底部安装底座(5),夹件(2)上有桥板(6),夹件(2)与铁芯(1)之间安装铁轭绝缘,其特征在于所述的铁轭绝缘包括两块隔板(7),两块隔板(7)之间设置等距排列的隔条(8),相邻的两个隔条(8)之间构成通风孔(9)。
2.如权利要求1所述的电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置,其特征在于所述的隔板(7)和隔条(8)为环氧板材料所制成。
3.如权利要求1所述的电抗器散热通风铁轭绝缘装置,其特征在于所述的隔板(7)和隔条(8)为亚胺板材料所制成。
