Background
Magnetic plates for use as information plates are well known. The information on the paper or the like or the note and the object holder can be fixed on the surface provided for this purpose by means of magnets.
The magnetic plate is typically fixed to the wall, for example with a wall hook. Problems often arise with hanging magnetic plates on wall hooks.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
An object of the utility model is to simplify the fixed to the magnetic sheet, wherein, need not great material and consume and can produce fixedly with low costs, and can realize simple and convenient installation to and can dismantle portably when necessary.
The object of the utility model is achieved through a magnetic sheet equipment for fixing on the wall, it includes: a magnetic plate member defining a plane; a wall bracket fixable to a wall; and a fastening device which can be connected with the wall bracket in a shape matching manner and is connected with the magnetic plate component.
The utility model discloses a magnetic sheet equipment for fixing on wall has wall support, fastener and magnetic sheet part. The magnetic plate part is also referred to below as plate part or plate. The plate member is substantially planar, the main extension direction of which defines a plane. The plate member is connected with the fastening device. The fastening device can be connected to the wall bracket in a form-fitting manner in order to ensure that the panel component is held on the wall. And this positive connection can be released again if necessary.
According to an advantageous embodiment of the magnetic sheet device, the wall bracket has a through opening with an axis. The passage opening is advantageously an elongated hole in order to enable subsequent adjustment. In the case of a wall bracket fixed to a wall, the axis runs perpendicular to the wall. The fixing of the wall bracket is carried out in a known manner, for example with pins and screws.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the magnetic plate device, it is provided that the magnetic plate part has a first plate side facing the wall and a second plate side facing away from the wall. The fastening means are preferably located on the first panel side.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the magnetic plate device, the fastening means has, on its side facing away from the first plate side, a first projection extending substantially parallel to the magnetic plate part, which first projection forms a first undercut (hinderschneidung) with reference to the direction from the fastening means to the magnetic plate part.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the magnetic sheet device, it is provided that the wall bracket has, on its side facing the fastening device, a bracket projection extending substantially parallel to the magnetic sheet part, which bracket projection forms a second undercut with reference to the direction from the magnetic sheet part to the wall bracket.
The first undercut and the second undercut are advantageously adapted to form a form-fitting connection. And can be released when needed.
According to an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the wall bracket has a substantially circular cross section with a diameter (d) in a direction perpendicular to the magnetic sheet element. The fastening means advantageously has a recess with a segment in the shape of a circular arc, the cross section of which is smaller than or equal to the diameter (d) of the wall bracket.
Such fastening means are preferably circular, but polygonal or elliptical cross-sections are also conceivable. The rear wall of the fastening device can be removed.
According to an advantageous embodiment, the fastening device is firmly attached to the magnetic sheet part, in particular by means of an adhesive. This embodiment can be produced particularly easily and cost-effectively. Alternative connection means are also conceivable, such as a snap-on or screw connection, in which preferably a plurality of screws are screwed through the fastening device into the plate part. The height of the fastening means in the direction of the normal to the plate member is preferably less than 20mm, in particular less than 15mm, particularly preferably about 7.5 mm.
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the magnetic plate apparatus, it is provided that the fastening device has a second projection and a second recess. Their configuration is advantageously the same as the first projection and the first indentation, respectively, and is arranged at an angle of 90 ° to the first projection with reference to the normal of the magnetic plate member. The second projection advantageously extends on the same plane as the first projection.
According to a further advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the magnetic plate part has a rectangular shape, which can be mounted on the wall in a vertical fashion (Hochformat) or in a transverse fashion (Querformat).
According to a further advantageous embodiment of the magnetic panel device, it is provided that the panel part has at least a first layer of magnetizable or magnetic material and a second layer as a visible surface on the front side facing away from the wall. In particular, the second layer is advantageously not magnetizable, and is made of, in particular, plastic, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) or glass, particularly preferably annealed glass, safety glass, which, by means of a heat treatment, generates mechanical stresses in the material, thereby increasing the fracture resistance against mechanical or thermal loads. The magnitude of the magnetic force of the magnetizable or magnetic first layer is sufficient to retain the holding magnet on the surface of the non-magnetizable second layer so that a postcard or the like can be held by the note board. The surface of the second layer is preferably writable, in particular with a fluorescent chalk recorder (Kreidemarker).
The invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings by way of example. These designs are exemplary and not dimensionally accurate and do not limit the general concepts of the invention.

Detailed Description
In fig. 3 is shown a non-dimensionally accurate representation of an embodiment of the magnetic plate apparatus of the invention at the stage of form-fitting between the wall bracket 10 and the fastening means 20. A wall bracket 10 is visible, which can be fixed to a wall by means of screws 17. Also visible are fastening means 20 with first and second protrusions (23, 25) and a second indentation (26) which is arranged on the first plate side of the magnetic plate member M.
One embodiment of a wall bracket 10 of the magnetic sheet apparatus of the present invention is schematically illustrated in non-dimensional precision in fig. 1. Through openings with elongated holes for screws or other fastening means can be seen for fastening the wall bracket 10 to the wall W. The bracket projection (11) and the substantially circular cross-section with the first diameter (d) can also be seen.
A non-dimensionally accurate representation of the fastening device 20 is shown in fig. 2. First and second protrusions (23, 25) are visible, which are beveled to facilitate insertion of the wall bracket 10, and first and second indentations (24, 26) are visible. The diameter (d) of the indentation is also shown.
In fig. 4a-4f are shown schematic, non-dimensionally accurate front and side views of stages of a possible process of form-fitting between the wall bracket 10 and the fastening device 20. Fig. 4a or 4b shows a front view or a side view of a stage before the form fit.
The wall bracket 10 with the bracket protrusion 11, the fastening device 20 with the first protrusion 23 and the first indentation 24, the magnetic plate member M and the wall W can be seen. The fastening device 20 is not yet connected to the wall bracket 10. The connection is produced by the bracket projection 11 of the wall bracket 10 and the first projection 23 of the fastening device 20 engaging in one another. In this exemplary embodiment, the wall bracket 10 is fixed to the wall W by means of screws 17, so that the fastening device 20 is moved in the direction of the arrow onto the wall bracket 10 in order to produce the connection.
Fig. 4c or 4d shows a front view or a side view of a section of the form fit between the wall bracket 10 and the fastening device 20. The fastening device 20 is moved further in the direction of the arrow towards the wall bracket 10, and a fully form-fitting phase is achieved.
A schematic front or side view of the stage of full form fit between the wall bracket and the fastening device 20 is shown in fig. 4e or 4 f. If necessary, however, the fastening device 20 can be moved counter to the direction of the arrow shown in fig. 4a and 4b or 4d and 4e, so that the form fit is again released.
