本实用新型公开了一种铜带清洗出料装置，包括清洗槽出口端的下方设有支架，支架上安装有收集箱，收集箱上方安装有箱体，箱体左右两端均安装有一对上下分布的进料吸水辊、出料吸水辊，进料吸水辊上下之间的间隙、出料吸水辊上下之间的间隙为铜带通道，进料吸水辊、出料吸水辊之间的下方收集箱内壁上转动安装有一对平行的张紧辊，箱体的底板为弧形板，底板的中部设有清洗液出口。本实用新型结构设计简单，通过在清洗槽出口端安装有收集箱，收集箱内安装有进料吸水辊、出料吸水辊，可以快速方便的将铜带表面的清洗液吸干，清洁了工作环境。

本实用新型涉及铜带加工技术，尤其涉及一种铜带清洗出料装置。
背景技术：
钢带在生产过程中表面会粘附很多冷却油污，使其表面的光洁度受到影响，因此在钢带运输和使用之前必须对钢带的表面进行清洗。
目前的清洗装置在清洗后从出料口出来后，铜带表面还粘连有大量的清洗液，清洗液会散落到地面上，造成工作环境的污染。

为了弥补现有技术问题，本实用新型的目的是提供一种铜带清洗出料装置，结构设计新颖，可以方便快速的将清洗后的铜带表面清洗液吸干，清洁了工作环境。

铜带清洗出料装置，包括清洗槽出口端的下方设有支架，其特征在于：所述的支架上安装有收集箱，收集箱上方安装有箱体，箱体左右两端均安装有一对上下分布的进料吸水辊、出料吸水辊，进料吸水辊上下之间的间隙、出料吸水辊上下之间的间隙为铜带通道，进料吸水辊、出料吸水辊之间的下方收集箱内壁上转动安装有一对平行的张紧辊。
