本实用新型属于LED节能灯电源控制电路,具体涉及一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路。
背景技术
 LED是一种非常具有竞争力的新型光源,与传统的白炽灯及荧光灯相比,LED灯具有功耗低、亮度高、体积小、寿命长等优点,正逐步取代现有的白炽灯和荧光灯,开始广泛用于全彩色显示屏、交通信号灯、汽车车灯、背景光源、特种工作照明等,成为照明领域新一代绿色光源。但是,由于LED的输出功率与电压成正比,为保证LED节能灯的亮度,就必须升压,而目前LED节能灯的电源电路中大都没有对其直流电压进行提升,其输出功率较低,亮度较弱,难以满足要求。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路,该装置电路设计简单,能有效提升输出电压,安全可靠,输出功率大,保证了LED节能灯的亮度要求。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路,其特征是:所述升压电路是由MOS管U1、电感L、二极管D和电容C组成;MOS管U1的栅极G经电阻R1串接后与恒流升压电源电路中IC的8脚连接,MOS管U1的源极S接地,MOS管U1的漏极D分别与电感L1一端连接,电感L1的另一端与12V的直流电源连接,二极管D1的正极与MOS管U1的漏极D相连,负极与LED节能灯组连接,电容C1的两端接在二极管D1的正极与地之间。
在上述技术方案中,由于在LED节能灯恒流升压电源电路中增加了升压电路,当电路中IC开始工作时,由IC的8脚输出PWM信号,当PWM信号为高电位时,MOS管U1导通,输入电压经过电感L1、MOS管U1后到地;当电路中IC的8脚输出PWM信号为低电位时,MOS管U1截止,由于电感L1两端电流不能突变,于是电感L1的电流通过D1给电解电容C1充电,C1两端电压升高,完成升压,保证了LED节能灯的输出功率,满足了LED节能灯的亮度要求,电路设计简单,安全可靠,能有效提升输出电压。

由图1可见,本实施例的一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路是安装在恒流升压电源电路中PWM控制电路与LED节能灯组之间,目的是提高LED节能灯的输出功率,保证LED节能灯的亮度要求。实施例的一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路是由MOS管U1、电感L、二极管D和电容C组成;MOS管U1的栅极G经电阻R1串接后与恒流升压电源电路中IC的8脚连接,MOS管U1的源极S接地,MOS管U1的漏极D分别与电感L1一端连接,电感L1的另一端与12V的直流电源连接,二极管D1的正极与MOS管U1的漏极D相连,负极与LED节能灯组连接,电容C1的两端接在二极管D1的正极与地之间。
在上述实施例中,由于在LED节能灯恒流升压电源电路中增加了升压电路,当电路中IC开始工作时,由IC的8脚输出PWM信号,当PWM信号为高电位时,MOS管U1导通,输入电压经过电感L1、MOS管U1后到地;当电路中IC的8脚输出PWM信号为低电位时,MOS管U1截止,由于电感L1两端电流不能突变,于是电感L1的电流通过D1给电解电容C1充电,C1两端电压升高,完成升压,保证了LED节能灯的输出功率,满足了LED节能灯的亮度要求,电路设计简单,安全可靠,能有效提升输出电压。

1.一种LED节能灯恒流升压电源的升压电路,其特征是:所述升压电路是由MOS管U1、电感L、二极管D和电容C组成;MOS管U1的栅极G经电阻R1串接后与恒流升压电源电路中IC的8脚连接,MOS管U1的源极S接地,MOS管U1的漏极D分别与电感L1一端连接,电感L1的另一端与12V的直流电源连接,二极管D1的正极与MOS管U1的漏极D相连,负极与LED节能灯组连接,电容C1的两端接在二极管D1的正极与地之间。
