Abstract

金刚窗是由合金丝经重型精密织机制造而成，表面经过喷塑亚光处理，装于窗框上，有机复合成一体，具有强度高、简约有力、抗剪、抗撞击等优质性能，真正体现了防盗、防虫、通风、美观、安全等优点。目前市场的网窗，都是将窗框和窗网刚性连接，窗框容易变形，使用一段时间后，刚性连接部分就会出现松动，造成窗网不平整，防盗性能下降。

本实用新型提供了一种网窗，旨在解决现有刚性连接网窗容易变形以及使用中刚性连接部分出现松动造成窗网不平整、防盗性能下降的问题。
本实用新型是这样实现的：
一种网窗，包括窗框、窗网、连接件和弹性装置，所述窗框与所述窗网通过所述连接件连接，所述连接件包括杆部，所述弹性装置设置在所述连接件的杆部。
窗框与窗网弹性连接，通过手动调节连接件，可以修复窗框因窗网而导致的变形，同时冲击力增大时，弹性装置使窗网有一定的活动空间，起到缓冲作用，过后恢复原状，时刻保持窗网平整，提高防盗性能。
本结构尤其适合于由铝合金型材和金刚网组成的防盗金刚网窗。
进一步地，所述连接件为螺栓和螺母。结构简单，方便获得，采用这种结构可以在安装前在窗框上预钻孔，避免了安装过程中对窗框进行钻孔产生的铝屑进入空腔内无法排除。
进一步地，还包括拉网条，所述拉网条设置在所述螺母与所述窗网之间。拉网条可以使窗网受力更均匀。
进一步地，所述弹性装置为弹簧。弹簧造价便宜，方便易得。

图1示出了本实用新型第一实施例提供的网窗，包括窗框1、窗网2、连接件和弹性装置，窗框1与窗网2通过连接件连接，连接件为螺栓3和螺母5，弹性装置为弹簧4，弹簧4设置在螺栓3的杆部。
窗框1与窗网2弹性连接，通过手动调节螺栓3，可以修复窗框1因窗网2而导致的变形，同时冲击力增大时，弹簧4使窗网2有一定的活动空间，起到缓冲作用，过后恢复原状，时刻保持窗网2平整，提高防盗性能，弹簧4造价便宜，方便易得，弹性装置还可以为橡胶等，采用这种结构可以在安装前在窗框1上预钻孔，避免了安装过程中对窗框1进行钻孔产生的铝屑进入空腔内无法排除。本结构尤其适合于由铝合金型材和金刚网组成的防盗金刚网窗。
图2示出了本实用新型第二实施例提供的网窗，包括窗框1、窗网2、连接件和弹性装置，窗框1与窗网2通过连接件连接，窗框1为铝合金型材，窗网2为金刚网，连接件为螺栓3和螺母5，弹性装置为弹簧4，弹簧4设置在螺栓3的杆部；还包括拉网条6，拉网条6设置在螺母5与窗网2之间。
拉网条6可以使窗网2受力更均匀。
