Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种CNG气瓶顶置公交客车，包括车身，车顶、CNG气瓶及气瓶罩，在车顶骨架上通过预埋螺栓固定有双横梁结构的基座，在所述基座上沿横向间隔固定有多个与CNG气瓶外围相适应的弧形托架，所述CNG气瓶通过抱箍固定在弧形托架内，在所述CNG气瓶的两端均设置有固定在基座上的限位挡板。本实用新型优点在于通过预埋螺栓将基座固定在车顶骨架上，并利用基座上的弧形托架和抱箍对CNG气瓶进行固定，为防止CNG气瓶沿纵向窜动，在其两端利用挡板进行限位，结构稳定，布置合理，使用寿命长。

本实用新型涉及公交客车领域，尤其是涉及一种CNG气瓶顶置公交客车。
背景技术
CNG（Compressed Natural Gas）客车是指以压缩天然气替代常规汽油或柴油作为燃料的客车，而传统的CNG公交客车上使用的气瓶，大部分都是采用置顶式结构，但是这种布置方式的结构较复杂，且在长期使用过程中气瓶的稳定性很难得到保证，带来很大的安全隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型目的在于提供一种结构稳定，布置合理的CNG气瓶顶置公交客车。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型可采取下述技术方案：
本实用新型所述的CNG气瓶顶置公交客车，包括车身，车顶、CNG气瓶及气瓶罩，在车顶骨架上通过预埋螺栓固定有双横梁结构的基座，在所述基座上沿横向间隔固定有多个与CNG气瓶外围相适应的弧形托架，所述CNG气瓶通过抱箍固定在弧形托架内，在所述CNG气瓶的两端均设置有固定在基座上的限位挡板。
在所述基座与车顶间设置有橡胶减震垫块，在所述CNG气瓶与弧形托架和抱箍的接触面间均设置有橡胶垫圈。
本实用新型优点在于通过预埋螺栓将基座固定在车顶骨架上，并利用基座上的弧形托架和抱箍对CNG气瓶进行固定，为防止CNG气瓶沿纵向窜动，在其两端利用挡板进行限位，结构稳定，布置合理，使用寿命长。

具体实施方式
如图1、2所示，本实用新型所述的CNG气瓶顶置公交客车，包括车身1，车顶2、CNG气瓶3及气瓶罩4，在车顶2骨架上通过预埋螺栓4固定有双横梁结构的基座5，在所述基座5上沿横向间隔固定有多个与CNG气瓶3外围相适应的弧形托架6，所述CNG气瓶3通过抱箍7固定在弧形托架6内，在所述CNG气瓶3的两端均设置有固定在基座5上的限位挡板8，防止CNG气瓶3在行车过程中沿纵向窜动；为避免车顶2与整个基座5的刚性连接，在车顶2与基架2之间设置20mm厚的橡胶减震垫块作为缓冲区；为保证CNG气瓶3连接的稳定性，在CNG气瓶3与弧形托架6和抱箍7的接触面间均设置有橡胶垫圈。

1.一种CNG气瓶顶置公交客车，包括车身（1），车顶（2）、CNG气瓶（3）及气瓶罩（4），其特征在于：在车顶（2）骨架上通过预埋螺栓（5）固定有双横梁结构的基座（6），在所述基座（6）上沿横向间隔固定有多个与CNG气瓶（3）外围相适应的弧形托架（7），所述CNG气瓶（3）通过抱箍（8）固定在弧形托架（7）内，在所述CNG气瓶（3）的两端均设置有固定在基座（6）上的限位挡板（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的CNG气瓶顶置公交客车，其特征在于：在所述基座（6）与车顶（2）间设置有橡胶减震垫块，在所述CNG气瓶（3）与弧形托架（7）和抱箍（8）的接触面间均设置有橡胶垫圈。
