技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种热固型竹砂复合压力管,应用于农业灌溉、给排水及石油化工防腐等领域。
背景技术
目前在给农业灌溉、给排水及石油化工防腐行业,普遍采用水泥管、聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、玻璃钢管(玻璃纤维增强塑料管、玻璃纤维增强塑料夹砂管)、钢管、球墨铸铁管等传统管道。水泥管成本低,但强度低,重量重,管接头易漏;聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯管道质轻、光滑且耐腐蚀,但刚度和强度方面有所不足且原料均为石油化工合成制品;玻璃钢管及玻璃钢夹砂管具有耐腐蚀、强度高、流体阻力小、刚度大的优点,但产品采用主要原料增强材料为高能耗的玻璃纤维,树脂为石油化工合成制品,产品及废料不可回收、不环保。钢管、球墨铸铁管等金属管道,虽然强度高,但存在耐腐性差,生产过程能耗高、污染高、不环保等缺点。因此使用这类传统管道,消耗着大量宝贵的石油、矿产资源、且高能耗高排放、资源不可再生。
专利号为2009201212098,名称为“竹纤维缠绕复合管”的中国专利中公开了一种结构:沿管径方向,由内到外依次为内衬层、增强层、外防护层,其特征在于所述的增强层为连续的竹纤维带缠绕在内衬层上的竹纤维层,该竹纤维层为竹纤维带环向层、竹纤维带螺旋层或前二者的组合,竹纤维层的层数为二层以上。上述竹复合管符合节能环保、资源可再生等先进理念,且价格低于其它传统管道(除水泥管),但在低压力高刚度使用领域,特别是农业灌溉领域,价格仍然偏高。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中的不足而提供一种节能环保、生产原料可再生,且价格特别低廉的热固型竹砂复合压力管。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:该热固型竹砂复合压力管,其径向由内至外分别设置有内衬层、内增强层、砂胶层、外增强层和外防护层,其特征在于:所述的内衬层和外防护层之间由内至外依次设置有竹篾缠绕而成的内增强层、矿砂胶水搅拌而成的增厚层和竹篾缠绕而成的外增强层。本实用新型采用多层复合的结构,内、外增强层采用环保可再生的竹子,竹子作为一种可快速再生的、环保的资源,具备质轻、高强度、高刚度、耐腐蚀、价格低廉且在我国分布广泛的特点。砂胶增厚层一方面增加了管材的刚度,另一方面降低了竹材的使用量,进一步降低了产品的成本。
本实用新型所述的内增强层中竹篾排列整齐地缠绕粘合在内衬层外表面,砂胶增厚层为矿砂胶泥,其均匀地复合在内增强层外表面,外增强层中竹篾排列整齐地缠绕粘合在砂胶增厚层外表面。内、外增强层中竹篾在缠绕的同时加入配比好的氨基树脂,根据不同的使用要求设定不同的厚度,保证管材达到设计强度,砂胶增厚层中采用硬度高价格低廉的矿砂,矿砂与树脂混合均匀后复合在内增强层的外表面,砂胶增厚层的厚度根据不同的使用要求来设计。
本实用新型所述的内增强层和外增强层中的竹篾长0.5m~2m,宽5mm~10mm,厚0.3mm~1mm。上述尺寸的竹篾加工难度低,竹材利用率高,降低生产成本,在热胀冷缩的情况下能保证足够的粘结力。
本实用新型所述的内增强层中竹篾先径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在内衬层的外表面,再轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在径向层的外表面。先径向后轴向缠绕的优点是优化管材承压性能。
本实用新型所述的外增强层中竹篾先轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在砂胶增厚层的外表面,再径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在轴向层的外表面。外增强层采用先轴向后径向的缠绕方式,与内增强层刚好相反,其优点是能进一步优化管材承压性能,同时使得管子外表美观。
本实用新型所述的外增强层中竹篾径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在砂胶增厚层的外表面。外增强层也可以根据管子的不同使用要求只采用径向缠绕竹篾,在保证管子的使用强度的前提下最大程度的降低成本。
本实用新型所述的内衬层为竹纤维无纺布和竹针织毡胶粘而成,厚度为1.2mm~2.5mm。上述材质和厚度的内衬层其优点是防渗、防腐、卫生、内壁光滑。
本实用新型所述的外防护层涂覆在外增强层的外表面上,其厚度为0.5mm~1.5mm。外防护层采用防腐防水材料。
本实用新型所述的内衬层、内增强层、砂胶增厚层、外增强层粘结固化为一体,保证产品能达到设计要求的强度和刚度,方便包装存储和运输。

具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例应用于DN600的热固型竹砂复合压力管,主要适用于农业灌溉干管,污水处理集输管线次干管,循环冷却水等领域。参见图1,本实用新型管材其径向由内至外分别设置有内衬层1、内增强层2、砂胶增厚层 3、外增强层4和外防护层5。内衬层1、内增强层2、砂胶增厚层3和外增强层4逐层粘结复合固化成一体,外防护层5涂覆在外增强层4的外表面。具体加工过程如下:
1、把新鲜的毛竹开成长0.5-2米,宽5mm~10mm,厚0.3mm~1mm的竹蔑。
2、在外径为600mm的经抛光的钢制或玻璃钢直管模具上包覆一层脱模薄膜,用防腐性能优异的树脂、竹纤维无纺布和竹针织毡,在直管模具上制作厚度达1.2mm~2.5mm的内衬层1。
3、待内衬层1固化后,把竹蔑装在缠绕机上,通过机械化的缠绕排列整齐地铺设在直管模具的内衬层1上,在缠绕的同时加入已经配方好的氨基树脂,形成内增强层2。内增强层2的缠绕顺序为先径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在内衬层1的外表面,再轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在径向层的外表面。整个内增强层2厚度为4mm。
4、在内增强层2外,以搅拌好的矿砂胶泥均匀的复合10mm厚,形成砂胶增厚层3。
5、在砂胶增厚层3外按内增强层2的方式制作外增强层4,所不同的是外增强层4中竹篾先轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在砂胶增厚层3的外表面,再径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在轴向层的外表面。外增强层4厚度为4mm。
6、缠绕完毕后,对管道进行加热固化,树脂交联固化后,成为坚硬一体的热固型复合管道。
7、在管道外面涂刷一层防水防腐较好的树脂及防辐射填料,厚约0.5mm~1mm,形成外防护层5。
本管道经水压测试,短时失效压力达到1.2MPa,刚度达到10000N/m2,管体材质密度为1.4-1.5。
实施例2
本实施例应用于DN300的热固型竹砂复合压力管,主要适用于农业灌溉次干管,污水处理集输管线上游支管,循环冷却水等领域。参见图1,本实用新型管材其径向由内至外分别设置有内衬层1、内增强层2、砂胶增厚层3、外增强层4和外防护层5。内衬层1、内增强层2、砂胶增厚层3和外增强层4逐层粘结复合固化成一体,外防护层5涂覆在外增强层4的外表面。具体加工过程如下:
1、把新鲜的毛竹开成长0.5-2米,宽5mm~10mm,厚0.3mm~1mm的竹蔑。
2、在外径为300mm的经抛光的钢制或玻璃钢直管模具上包覆一层脱模薄膜,用防腐性能优异的树脂、竹纤维无纺布和竹针织毡,在直管模具上制作厚度达1.2mm~2.5mm的内衬层1。
3、待内衬层1固化后,把竹蔑装在缠绕机上,通过机械化的缠绕排列整齐地铺设在直管模具的内衬层1上,在缠绕的同时加入已经配方好的氨基树脂,形成内增强层2。内增强层2的缠绕顺序为先径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在内衬层1的外表面,再轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在径向层的外表面。整个内增强层2厚度为4mm。
4、在内增强层2外,采用矿砂和树脂均匀地复合6mm厚,形成砂胶增厚层3。
5、在砂胶增厚层3外表面径向缠绕一层竹篾形成外增强层4,外增强层4厚度为2mm。
6、缠绕完毕后,对管道进行加热固化,树脂交联固化后,成为坚硬一体的热固型复合管道。
7、在管道外面涂刷一层防水防腐较好的树脂及防辐射填料,厚约0.5mm~1mm,形成外防护层5。
本管道经水压测试,短时失效压力达到1.6MPa,刚度达到15000N/m2

1.一种热固型竹砂复合压力管,其径向由内至外分别设置有内衬层和外防护层,其特征在于:所述的内衬层和外防护层之间由内至外依次设置有竹篾缠绕而成的内增强层、砂胶增厚层和竹篾缠绕而成的外增强层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的内增强层中竹篾排列整齐地缠绕粘合在内衬层外表面,砂胶增厚层为矿砂胶泥,其均匀地复合在内增强层外表面,外增强层中竹篾排列整齐地缠绕粘合在砂胶增厚层外表面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的内增强层和外增强层中的竹篾长0.5m~2m,宽5mm~10mm,厚0.3mm~1mm。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的内增强层中竹篾先径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在内衬层的外表面,再轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在径向层的外表面。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的外增强层中竹篾先轴向缠绕形成一层轴向层粘合在砂胶增厚层的外表面,再径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在轴向层的外表面。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的外增强层中竹篾径向缠绕形成一层径向层粘合在砂胶增厚层的外表面。
7.根据权利要求1所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的内衬层为竹纤维无纺布和竹针织毡胶粘而成,厚度为1.2mm~2.5mm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的外防护层涂覆在外增强层的外表面上,其厚度为0.5mm~1.5mm。
9.根据权利要求1所述的热固型竹砂复合压力管,其特征在于:所述的内衬层、内增强层、砂胶增厚层、外增强层粘结固化为一体。
