本实用新型涉及一种波纹管截止阀的改进发明。
背景技术：
目前，波纹管截止阀均为二通结构，即阀体设有一个进口孔和一个出口孔，上述的波纹管截止阀的开启力矩较大，出口孔出来的介质还要由另外的阀门控制才能进行换向，系统结构复杂，成本高。
发明内容：
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型的目的旨在提供一种具有三通结构，可低力矩进行开启换向，同时阀瓣与阀杆的连接简单可靠的波纹管三通低矩截止阀。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：
波纹管三通低矩截止阀，包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆和阀座，阀瓣连接在阀杆上，阀杆由手轮带动作上下升降运动，阀杆上设有波纹管密封，其特征在于：阀体设有一个进口孔和上下两个出口孔，阀座包括上阀座和下阀座，阀瓣在上下阀座之间的阀体空腔内上下活动设置，阀瓣设有上密封面与上阀座对应，阀瓣设有下密封面与下阀座对应，进口孔与阀体空腔相通，上出口孔通过上阀座孔与阀体空腔相通，下出口孔通过下阀座孔与阀体空腔相通。
上述技术方案的波纹管三通低矩截止阀，当阀瓣上密封面与阀体上阀座接触时，介质从下出口孔流出，当阀瓣下密封面与阀体下阀座接触时，介质从上出口孔流出，介质从阀门出来后直接完成换向，截止阀起到三通阀的功能；上述阀门的阀瓣在开启换向过程中，由于流体的分流也在同时进行，使阀瓣能在较低力矩下就可轻松开启。
作为优选，所述阀瓣通过连接座连接在阀杆上，阀瓣与连接座之间采用燕尾结构连接后再用螺钉固定。上述连接方式使阀瓣与阀杆的连接既简单又可靠。

具体实施方式：
如图所示，本实用新型的波纹管三通低矩截止阀，包括阀体13、阀瓣12、阀杆9和阀座，阀瓣12通过连接座11连接在阀杆9上，阀瓣12与连接座11之间采用燕尾结构18连接后再用螺钉17固定，阀杆9由手轮8带动作上下升降运动，阀杆9上设有波纹管密封10，阀体13设有一个进口孔4和上下两个出口孔（上出口孔15、下出口孔16），阀座包括上阀座6和下阀座2，上下阀座与阀体13为一体结构，阀瓣12在上下阀座之间的阀体空腔14内上下活动设置，阀瓣12设有上密封面5与上阀座6对应，阀瓣12设有下密封面3与下阀座2对应，进口孔4与阀体空腔14相通，上出口孔15通过上阀座孔7与阀体空腔14相通，下出口孔16通过下阀座孔1与阀体空腔14相通。
本实用新型的波纹管三通低矩截止阀，当阀瓣上密封面5与阀体上阀座6接触时，介质从下出口孔16流出，当阀瓣下密封面3与阀体下阀座2接触时，介质从上出口孔15流出，介质从阀门出来后直接完成换向，截止阀起到三通阀的功能；上述阀门的阀瓣在开启换向过程中，由于流体的分流也在同时进行，使阀瓣能在较低力矩下就可轻松开启。

1. 波纹管三通低矩截止阀，包括阀体、阀瓣、阀杆和阀座，阀瓣连接在阀杆上，阀杆由手轮带动作上下升降运动，阀杆上设有波纹管密封，其特征在于：阀体设有一个进口孔和上下两个出口孔，阀座包括上阀座和下阀座，阀瓣在上下阀座之间的阀体空腔内上下活动设置，阀瓣设有上密封面与上阀座对应，阀瓣设有下密封面与下阀座对应，进口孔与阀体空腔相通，上出口孔通过上阀座孔与阀体空腔相通，下出口孔通过下阀座孔与阀体空腔相通。
2.如权利要求1所述的波纹管三通低矩截止阀，其特征在于：所述阀瓣通过连接座连接在阀杆上，阀瓣与连接座之间采用燕尾结构连接后再用螺钉固定。
