Abstract

本实用新型涉及储气罐，特别是一种储气罐的排污系统。该储气罐的排污系统，包括与储气罐连接的排气管，其特殊之处在于：该排气管上分别手动排气开关、电磁阀、支管，两个手动排气开关及其之间的电磁阀位于排气管与支管的连接点之间，该支管上也安装一手动排气开关，其中电磁阀与时间继电器连接。通过时间继电器控制电磁阀定时开启排气，使用方便，而且结构简单。

一种储气罐的排污系统
（一）        技术领域 
    本发明涉及储气罐，特别是一种储气罐的排污系统。
（二）        背景技术 
储气罐下面安装排气管，该排气管上设置手动排气开关，储气罐在使用时，需要先打开手动排气阀开关进行排污，空压机在生产压缩空气时，不理想的压缩空气中含有相当数量的杂质被储在储气罐里面，此外空压机系统内部也会不断产生磨屑、锈渣和油的碳化物，它们将加速用气设备的磨损，导致密封失效，水份——大气中相对湿度一般高达65%以上，经压缩冷凝后，即成为湿饱和空气，并夹带大量的液态水滴，它们是设备、管道和阀门腐蚀的根本原因，冬天结冰还会阻塞气动系统中的小通道，储气罐虽然有手动排气，而且操作人员还会出现忘记排气的现象，极易发生危险，需要改进。
（三）        发明内容 
    本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构简单、使用方便的储气罐的排污系统。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的： 
一种储气罐的排污系统，包括与储气罐连接的排气管，其特殊之处在于：该排气管上分别安装手动排气开关、电磁阀、支管，两个手动排气开关及其之间的电磁阀位于排气管与支管的连接点之间，该支管上也安装一手动排气开关，其中电磁阀与时间继电器连接，后一连接点处设置三通结构，该三通结构的分管A、分管B内安装漏斗形结构、挡板，该漏斗形结构的顶端开孔，漏斗形结构与挡板之间设置与孔适配的球体，挡板上分别设置出气孔及压力传感器，该压力传感器连接PLC控制系统，该PLC控制系统还连接蜂鸣器，其中，分管A与排气管连接，分管B与支管连接。
本实用新型的储气罐的排污系统，PLC控制系统还连接具有自动拨号功能的报警器。 
本发明的有益效果是：一般情况下，支管上的手动排气开关是关闭的，电磁阀两侧的手动排气开关是开启的，通过时间继电器控制电磁阀定时开启排气，使用方便，而且结构简单。

（五）        具体实施方式 
附图为本发明的一种具体实施例。该实施例包括与储气罐连接的排气管1，该排气管1上分别手动排气开关2、电磁阀3、支管4，两个手动排气开关2及其之间的电磁阀3位于排气管1与支管4的连接点5之间，该支管4上也安装一手动排气开关2，其中电磁阀3与时间继电器6连接。一般情况下，支管4上的手动排气开关2是关闭的，电磁阀3两侧的手动排气开关2是开启的，通过时间继电器6控制电磁阀3定时开启排气，使用方便，而且结构简单，在电磁阀3损坏的情况下，可以通过支管4继续排气。后一连接点5处设置三通结构7（靠近储气罐17的位置为前面），该三通结构7的分管A8、分管B9内安装漏斗形结构18、挡板10，该漏斗形结构18的顶端开孔，漏斗形结构18与挡板10之间设置与孔适配的球体11，挡板10上分别设置出气孔12及压力传感器13，该压力传感器13连接PLC控制系统14，该PLC控制系统14还连接蜂鸣器15，其中，分管A8与排气管1连接，分管B9与支管4连接。PLC控制系统14还连接具有自动拨号功能的报警器16。
通过排气管1排气，气体经排气管1进入三通结构7的分管A8内，将球体11从漏斗形结构9顶出压向挡板10上的压力传感器13（此时支管4未排气，分管A8流过可能会将分管B9内的球体11顶在漏斗形结构18的开孔处），电磁阀3正常使用，排气管1正常排气，则压力传感器13检测数值超过PLC控制系统14对该处压力设定值，若低于设定值，则电磁阀3很有可能出现故障，将支管4上的手动排气开关2开启，通过支管4排气，该气体进入三通结构7的分管B9内，将球体11从漏斗形结构9顶出压向挡板10上的压力传感器13，检查支管4是否正常排气，不论是排气管1还是支管4排气，如果压力传感器13检查的压力低于设定值，则蜂鸣器15发出警报，而报警器16拨打报警电话。设定值为排气管1或支管4正常排气时，球体11对压力传感器13产生的压力。 
其中报警器16包括STC12C5410和MT8888，用户可以通过键盘预存相关技术人员的报警电话号码在单片机存储器中,当有报警信号传送给单片机后,单片机将根据警情的优先权,拨打相应的电话号码并给出语音提示,通过STC12C5410和MT8888构成的远程智能电话自动报警系统的电话网发送给用户。自动拨号报警器16也可以包括单片机、分别与单片机连接的接收模块A、报警中心、GSM 模块，其中GSM 模块与固定电话、手机无线连接，PLC控制系统14把接收到的警报信号传递至单片机进行处理。利用GSM 技术对警报信号进行网络数据传输，具有远程报警的供能。通过该自动拨号报警器16系统实现将报警及时传达给相关技术人员，结合蜂鸣器15形成完备的报警安全系统，保证施工现场的安全。

1.一种储气罐的排污系统，包括与储气罐连接的排气管（1），其特征在于：该排气管（1）上分别安装手动排气开关（2）、电磁阀（3）、支管（4），两个手动排气开关（2）及其之间的电磁阀（3）位于排气管（1）与支管（4）的连接点（5）之间，该支管（4）上也安装一手动排气开关（2），其中电磁阀（3）与时间继电器（6）连接，后一连接点（5）处设置三通结构（7），该该三通结构（7）的分管A（8）、分管B（9）内安装漏斗形结构（18）、挡板（10），该漏斗形结构（18）的顶端开孔，漏斗形结构（18）与挡板（10）之间设置与孔适配的球体（11），挡板（10）上分别设置出气孔（12）及压力传感器（13），该压力传感器（13）连接PLC控制系统（14），该PLC控制系统（14）还连接蜂鸣器（15），其中，分管A（8）与排气管（1）连接，分管B（9）与支管（4）连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的储气罐的排污系统，其特征在于： PLC控制系统（14）还连接具有自动拨号功能的报警器（16）。
