Abstract

背景技术
随着社会进步，人们对生活舒适度越来越重视，尤其是睡眠的床上用品。目前铺在床上的垫被都是棉被或床垫，没有更多的保健功能。
实用新型内容
发明目的：针对上述现有存在的问题和不足，本实用新型的目的是提供了一种柔顺弹性床上垫被，具有柔顺弹滑的手感以及理疗作用。
技术方案：为实现上述发明目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：一种柔顺弹性床上垫被，包括上层面纱、弹性连接层和底纱，所述上层面纱为聚酯纤维和柔丝蛋白纤维的混纱层，所述弹性连接层采用弹性纤维，所述底纱和上层面纱通过弹性纤维配合形成针织结构。
作为优选，所述底纱由聚酯纤维和木棉纤维混纺构成。
进一步改进，所述上层面纱与底纱之间包裹有磁石。
有益效果：与现有技术相比，本实用新型具有以下优点：本实用新型通过三层面纱针织而成，相对普通棉质布料更加柔顺并有适度弹性，人体睡在其上更加舒适；同时安装有磁石具有保健理疗的功能。

如图1所示，一种柔顺弹性床上垫被，首先将聚酯纤维和柔丝蛋白纤维进行混纱构成上层面纱1，其中聚酯纤维含量为65%，其余为柔丝蛋白纤维。然后将35%的聚酯纤维和65%的木棉纤维进行混纱构成底纱3，并通过弹性纤维2对上层面纱1和底纱3进行单面针织织造形成单面针织结构。在进行针织织造过程中时，可以将具有理疗作用的磁石包裹进入上层面纱1和底纱3之间。由于采用了这样三层结构，且上层面纱1和底纱3之间在弹性纤维2的左右下有一定的松紧度和弹性，能更好的包裹磁石，降低磁石对人体的触碰感，使得更加舒适。

1.一种柔顺弹性床上垫被，其特征在于：包括上层面纱、弹性连接层和底纱，所述上层面纱为聚酯纤维和柔丝蛋白纤维的混纱层，所述弹性连接层采用弹性纤维，所述底纱和上层面纱通过弹性纤维配合形成针织结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述柔顺弹性床上垫被，其特征在于：所述底纱由聚酯纤维和木棉纤维混纺构成。
3.根据权利要求2所述柔顺弹性床上垫被，其特征在于：所述上层面纱与底纱之间包裹有磁石。
