使用时，将儿童患者的三根或四根手指伸入舌板2上的弹性压指带6内，利用魔术贴7束紧，手掌部位放在海绵垫3上，并利用带有魔术扣9的弹性束条5固定，腕部利用弹性束缚带4压紧，并通过卡扣10固定。
