本实用新型涉及到一种LED地砖灯结构。
背景技术
现有LED地砖灯的发光二极管有着柔和的光色,在广场和园林照明有较 强的艺术效果,它不仅为人提供舒适的视觉条件,更需要通过各类光色的协调,体现景观照明风格,增加艺术美感,达到灯设计意图所刻意创造的空间景观,满足人的视觉需求、审美需求；心理需求。但是现有LED地砖灯结构防水和散热越来越成为目前急需解决问题。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种LED地砖灯结构，以解决现有技术存在防水、散热性能差的问题。
本实用新型的实用技术方案是: 一种LED地砖灯结构，包括玻璃罩、LED灯板 、散热铝板 、导热铜柱、电源线,导热铜柱固定在LED灯板上,散热铝板固定导热铜柱上，LED灯板与散热铝板之间形成的空腔由密封防水胶填充,外部电源直通过电源线向LED灯板供电。
与现在的技术相比，本实用新型技术效果如下。
1.本实用新型的LED地砖灯防水结构设计，直接由玻璃罩与密封防水胶包裹LED灯板，发光效率高，防水性能好。
2.本实用新型的LED地砖灯防水结构设计，LED灯板产生的热量直接快速通过导热铜柱传导于散热铝板上，此快速有效的导热方式，有利于LED持续稳定的工作，大大提高了LED寿命。
3.本实用新型简单的结构设计，提高了生产效率，降低了LED灯具生产成本。

下面对本实用新型的具体实施方法作进一步详细说明，但新型的实施方式不限于此。
实施例。
一种LED地砖灯结构，包括玻璃罩1、LED灯板2、散热铝板3、导热铜柱4、电源线5,且导热铜柱4固定在LED灯板2上,散热铝板3固定导热铜柱4上，LED灯板2与散热铝板3之间形成的空腔由密封防水胶6填充,外部电源直通过电源线5向LED灯板2供电。
本实施例中,LED地砖灯主要通过LED灯板2与散热铝板3之间形成的空腔填充密封防水胶。散热主要通过导热铜柱4快速将热传导于散热铝板3上散热。
