本实用新型涉及一种薄壁件或无吊耳的工件吊运工具，具体的涉及一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，属于专用吊具设计领域。
背景技术
目前市场上最常用吊具主要为吊钩、吊环、吊带、起重吸盘、夹钳、货叉等工件。由于水力发电类薄壁件是全加工面，而且有刃口，所以使用吊钩或吊环容易机损，且工件很容易变形；使用吊带可防止机损，但刃口容易将吊带割损伤，工件仍有变形的风险。使用这些普通的吊具吊运工件时，要求较高的面的尺寸就差，从而导致再次上机床返修，造成资源的浪费，并在顾客处留下不良的影响。所以提供一种可防止工件变形的吊运装置就显得尤为重要。
实用新型内容
针对以上技术缺陷，本实用新型提供一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，根据水力发电类薄壁件产品的外形特点及尺寸公差要求并通过CAE有限元分析选材，通过吊架及吊爪，使工件在吊运过程中径向不受力，能够有效的解决工件变形及机损的问题。
一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，包括吊架、吊耳、滑块和吊爪，所述的吊架为两根主梁组成；所述的吊架通过四根辅梁固定；所述的吊架与辅梁交汇处上端均设置有吊耳；所述的吊架每端均设置有滑块；所述的滑块设置在主梁两端；
滑块能在吊架上自由滑动。
所述的吊架为两根主梁垂直焊接而成。
所述的吊架在距主梁交汇中心820mm处通过四根辅梁固定，所述的四根辅梁呈正方形固定。
所述的吊爪呈T型设计；所述的滑块通过螺母与吊爪固定连接。
所述的主梁、辅梁和吊爪均为120*120*7.5mm方钢管。
所述的主梁长度为4640mm。
所述的吊爪高度为1000mm。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1对本实用新型做进一步分析：如图1所示，一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，包括包括吊架1、吊耳4、滑块6、和吊爪7，吊架1为两根主梁3垂直焊接而成，距吊架1的主梁3交汇中心820mm处通过四根辅梁2固定；四根辅梁2呈正方形固定；吊架1与辅梁2交汇处上端均设置有吊耳4；吊架1每端均设置有滑块6；滑块6能在吊架1上自由滑动；滑块6设置在每根主梁3两端；
吊爪7呈T型设计；滑块6通过螺母5与吊爪7固定连接；主梁、辅梁和吊爪均为120*120*7.5mm方钢管；主梁长度为4640mm；吊爪高度为1000mm；螺母型号为M30。
工作时，将本装置通过吊耳4固定在吊机上，被吊工件置于本实用新型装置的4个吊爪7内侧实行吊运，有效的防止了因径向受力引起的工件吊运变形等问题。

1.一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，其特征在于：包括吊架、吊耳、滑块和吊爪，所述的吊架为两根主梁组成，所述的吊架通过四根辅梁固定；所述的吊架与辅梁交汇处上端均设置有吊耳；所述的吊架设置有滑块；所述的滑块设置在每根主梁两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，其特征在于：所述的吊架为两根主梁垂直焊接而成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水力发电类薄壁件的专用吊运装置，其特征在于：所述的吊架在距主梁交汇中心820mm处通过四根辅梁固定，所述的四根辅梁呈正方形固定。
