本实用新型公开了一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，包括浇口套（1）和浇口水套（2），浇口水套为中空的圆柱形结构，套设于浇口套外部，浇口水套外壁两端分别设置有圆形孔Ⅰ（4）和圆形孔Ⅱ（5），所述的浇口水套内壁开设有环状的冷却水槽（3），圆形孔Ⅰ和圆形孔Ⅱ分别与冷却水槽相通。有益效果是该浇口套件将冷却水槽开设于浇口水套内壁处，相当于浇口套的壁厚保持不变，在压射过程中，即使压射冲头与浇口套直接接触，由于浇口套的壁厚保持不变，在水的冷却下减小了浇口套与压射冲头的摩擦力，浇口套不易出现裂痕或断裂现象，延长了浇口套的使用寿命，降低了生产成本，减少了因更换浇口套而增加的不必要的工作量，提高了生产效率。

本实用新型涉及一种浇口套件，具体是一种使用寿命长的浇口套件。
背景技术
浇口套是用于连接成型模具与压铸机的重要结构件，压铸生产过程中，最能影响成型品质的是温度场、速度，整个注塑熔体流动的途径，主流道温度最高，冷却时间最长，高温的主流道会导致成型品变形严重，因此需对浇口套设置冷却装置。现有的浇口套件结构大多为：浇口套的外壁开设有环形的冷却水槽，浇口水套套设于浇口套外部，浇口水套两端分别设置有与冷却水槽相通的流入孔和流出孔，冷却水从流入孔进入冷却水槽中，再经流出孔排出，使浇口套的温度调整变成了可能。但是浇口套冷却水槽处壁厚变薄，在压射过程中，由于压射冲头与浇口套直接接触，摩擦力比较大，因此浇口套受力大，从而导致浇口套冷却水槽处出现裂痕甚至断裂，由于裂痕容易卡压射冲头，同时浇口套的断开导致不能正常生产，需经常更换浇口套，使用寿命短，造成生产成本增高，生产效率降低。
发明内容
本实用新型提供了一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，可减少生产中浇口套的断裂频率，延长浇口套的使用寿命，从而降低生产成本，提高生产效率。
本实用新型采用的技术方案是：一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，包括浇口套和浇口水套，浇口水套为中空的圆柱形结构，套设于浇口套外部，浇口水套外壁两端分别设置有圆形孔Ⅰ和圆形孔Ⅱ，浇口水套内壁开设有环状的冷却水槽，圆形孔Ⅰ和圆形孔Ⅱ分别与冷却水槽相通。
本实用新型的有益效果是：与现有技术相比，该浇口套件将冷却水槽开设于浇口水套内壁处，相当于浇口套的壁厚保持不变，在压射过程中，即使压射冲头与浇口套直接接触，由于浇口套的壁厚保持不变，减小了浇口套与压射冲头的摩擦力，浇口套不易出现裂痕或断裂现象，延长了浇口套的使用寿命，从而降低了生产成本，减少了因更换浇口套而增加的不必要的工作量，提高了生产效率。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1所示，一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，包括浇口套1和浇口水套2，浇口水套2为中空的圆柱形结构，套设于浇口套1外部，浇口水套2外壁两端分别设置有圆形孔Ⅰ4和圆形孔Ⅱ5，浇口水套2内壁开设有环状的冷却水槽3，圆形孔Ⅰ4和圆形孔Ⅱ5分别与冷却水槽3相通。
进一步，冷却水槽3为环状波浪形水槽，增加了对浇口套1的温度调整面积，同时共开设有三个冷却水槽3，分布于浇口水套2的上、中、下部，对浇口套1实现均匀冷却，从而生产出稳定品质的成型品。
进一步，浇口套1和浇口水套2过盈配合，实现了良好的冷却效果。
优选的，冷却水槽3的纵截面为U型截面，避免了三角形或矩形的冷却水槽3容易在夹角处形成死水的现象，同时与半圆形的冷却水槽3相比，增大了冷却水槽3的容积。
工作时，冷却水从浇口水套2的圆形孔Ⅰ4流入冷却水槽3中，最后经圆形孔Ⅱ5排出，实现对浇口套1主流道的冷却。冷却水槽3开设于浇口水套2的内壁位置，相当于浇口套1的壁厚保持不变，在压射过程中，即使压射冲头与浇口套1直接接触，由于浇口套1的壁厚保持不变，减小了浇口套1与压射冲头的摩擦力，浇口套1不易出现裂痕或断裂现象，延长了浇口套1的使用寿命，降低了生产成本，减少了因更换浇口套1而增加的不必要的工作量，提高了生产效率。

1.一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，包括浇口套（1）和浇口水套（2），浇口水套（2）为中空的圆柱形结构，套设于浇口套（1）外部，浇口水套（2）外壁两端分别设置有圆形孔Ⅰ（4）和圆形孔Ⅱ（5），其特征在于，所述的浇口水套（2）内壁开设有环状的冷却水槽（3），圆形孔Ⅰ（4）和圆形孔Ⅱ（5）分别与冷却水槽（3）相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用寿命长的浇口套件，其特征在于，所述的冷却水槽（3）为环状波浪形水槽，共开设有三个冷却水槽（3）。
