技术领域
本实用新型涉及钢桶处理技术领域，特别是涉及一种钢桶卧式抛丸装置。
背景技术
在废旧钢桶翻新过程中，为了去除钢桶表面的附着物，常常采用抛丸的形式进行打磨抛光。
目前，抛丸打磨的方式主要是采用吊具吊住钢桶，通过移位机构将钢桶送入抛丸室，通过抛丸器进行抛丸打磨。由于钢桶工件体积较大，抛丸后的钢桶表面光洁度不高，亮度不均匀，表面质量不好。而且，钢桶直接在抛丸室内进行抛丸打磨，由于丸料与桶表面的冲击力，使得大量的丸料被飞溅到抛丸室外，丸料用量大。同时，抛到外面的丸料落在地面上，影响了操作环境，同时造成大量丸料的浪费，需要人为清理，增加了工人的劳动量，也增加了生产成本，同时，丸料的飞溅也给操作人员造成威胁。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是针对现有技术中存在的技术缺陷，而提供一种安全性好，能够改善作业环境，有利于降低生产成本的钢桶卧式抛丸装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的所采用的技术方案是：
一种钢桶卧式抛丸装置，包括主机架、主抛丸室、蛟龙式丸料收集系统、丸料提升系统、除尘器、钢桶输送机构、料斗和多个抛丸器，所述料斗一端与所述丸料提升系统连接，另一端分别与多个所述抛丸器连接，所述除尘器与所述主抛丸室连通，所述主抛丸室的两侧分别设置有与所述主抛丸室连通的用于预抛的第一副抛丸室和用于补充抛丸的第二副抛丸室；所述第一副抛丸室的外端安装有上料机构和拨桶机构，所述第二副抛丸室的外部设置有下料机构，所述钢桶输送机构沿水平方向贯穿所述第一副抛丸室、主抛丸室和第二副抛丸室；多个所述抛丸器安装于所述主抛丸室上。
多个所述抛丸器为四个，两个用于桶身抛丸的抛丸器位于所述主抛丸室的上部成对射设置，两个用于桶底抛丸的抛丸器分别对应喷射到桶底的位置。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的有益效果是：
1、本实用新型的抛丸装置中，在主抛丸室的两侧分别设置有用于预抛的第一副抛丸室和用于补充抛丸的第二副抛丸室，能够防止主抛丸室的丸料与钢桶表面冲击后飞溅到外部，保障了生产的安全性。同时，改善了工人的操作环境，不需要人为进行清理，减轻了工人的劳动量。
2、本实用新型的抛丸装置中，由于在主抛丸室的两侧分别设置有两个副抛丸室，能够将丸料全部收集起来，避免丸料的浪费，降低了生产成本。
3、本实用新型的抛丸装置中，采用卧式结构设计，运转可靠。
4、本实用新型的抛丸装置中，用于桶身打磨的两个抛丸器成对射设置，打磨均匀、全面，打磨质量好。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明。
本实用新型钢桶卧式抛丸装置的示意图如图1和图2所示，包括主机架13、主抛丸室12、蛟龙式丸料收集系统4、丸料提升系统3、除尘器14、钢桶输送机构8、料斗6和多个抛丸器，所述料斗6一端与所述丸料提升系统3连接，另一端分别与多个所述抛丸器连接。所述除尘器14与所述主抛丸室12连通。所述主抛丸室12的两侧分别设置有与所述主抛丸室连通的用于预抛的第一副抛丸室9和用于补充抛丸的第二副抛丸室2。所述第一副抛丸室9的外端安装有上料机构11和拨桶机构10，所述第二副抛丸室2的外部设置有下料机构1，所述钢桶输送机构8沿水平方向贯穿所述第一副抛丸室9、主抛丸室12和第二副抛丸室2。多个所述抛丸器安装于所述主抛丸室上。其中，蛟龙式丸料收集系统、丸料提升系统、除尘器、钢桶输送机构、上料机构、拨桶机构和下料机构等采用本现有的结构。
本实施例中的所述抛丸器为四个，两个用于桶身抛丸的抛丸器7位于所述主抛丸室的上部成对射设置，两个用于桶底抛丸的抛丸器5分别对应喷射到桶底的位置。
使用时，将钢桶放置于上料机构上，上料机构提升将钢桶送到与所述钢桶输送机构相对应的位置，拨桶机构动作将钢桶送入钢桶输送机构上，随着钢桶输送机构的移动，钢桶依次进入第一副抛丸室、主抛丸室和第二副抛丸室，在主抛丸室中，用于桶身抛丸的抛丸器打磨桶身，用于桶底打磨的抛丸器打磨桶底。由于主抛丸室内的丸料与钢桶接触后飞溅，进入第一副抛丸室内的丸料与未打磨的钢桶第二次接触，对钢桶进行预抛，同时，飞溅入第二副抛丸室内的丸料与打磨后的钢桶接触，进行补充打磨，打磨出来的钢桶表面质量更佳。同时，由于两个副抛丸室收集了飞溅的丸料，能够防止丸料飞溅到外部，改善了工作环境，提高了丸料的利用率，降低了生产成本。

1.一种钢桶卧式抛丸装置，包括主机架、主抛丸室、蛟龙式丸料收集系统、丸料提升系统、除尘器、钢桶输送机构、料斗和多个抛丸器，所述料斗一端与所述丸料提升系统连接，另一端分别与多个所述抛丸器连接，所述除尘器与所述主抛丸室连通，其特征在于，所述主抛丸室的两侧分别设置有与所述主抛丸室连通的用于预抛的第一副抛丸室和用于补充抛丸的第二副抛丸室；所述第一副抛丸室的外端安装有上料机构和拨桶机构，所述第二副抛丸室的外部设置有下料机构，所述钢桶输送机构沿水平方向贯穿所述第一副抛丸室、主抛丸室和第二副抛丸室；多个所述抛丸器安装于所述主抛丸室上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢桶卧式抛丸装置，其特征在于，多个所述抛丸器为四个，两个用于桶身抛丸的抛丸器位于所述主抛丸室的上部成对射设置，两个用于桶底抛丸的抛丸器分别对应喷射到桶底的位置。
