本实用新型涉及油脂加工装置领域，尤其是涉及一种油脂脱水装置。
背景技术
油脂脱水装置是油脂生产领域常用的生产装置，经水洗滤除杂质和水溶性物质后的油脂中均会含有一定的水份，为了获得高品质的油脂，常常要将这部分水份清除掉，现有技术除去油脂中的水份的方法通常有二种：一是通过燃烧法加热采用蒸发法脱水，二是采用机器脱水，第一种能耗较高，且不环保和不安全，第二种脱水机器结构复杂，使用维修麻烦，生产成本高，而且脱水质量不高。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种结构简单、脱水质量高、加热效果好和安全性能高的油脂脱水装置。
本实用新型的技术方案是：
一种油脂脱水装置，包括有罐体，所述的罐体内转动安装有搅拌轴，所述罐体上端分别设有进料口、出气口，所述罐体的底部设有放料口，所述罐体的侧壁具有夹层，所述夹层上设置有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口，所述罐体内设置有若干个导热管，所述导热管的一端设置在所述夹层内，另一端设置在所述罐体内。
所述进料口为喷洒喷头。
所述罐体的端部设有电机，电机与所述的搅拌轴传动连接。
本实用新型具有的优点和积极效果是：结构简单，使用维修方便，脱水质量高，采用夹层导热加热和导热管进一步加热的方式，大大提高了加热效果和安全性能。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实用新型包括有罐体1，所述的罐体1内转动安装有搅拌轴2，所述罐体1上端分别设有进料口3、出气口4，所述罐体1的底部设有放料口5，所述罐体1的侧壁具有夹层6，所述夹层6上设置有蒸汽进口7和蒸汽出口8，所述罐体1内设置有若干个导热管9，所述导热管9的一端设置在所述夹层6内，另一端设置在所述罐体1内。
所述进料口3为喷洒喷头。
所述罐体1的端部设有电机10，电机10与所述的搅拌轴2传动连接
本实例的工作过程：
首先将蒸汽由蒸汽进口7送入夹层6中，将油脂由进料口3的喷洒喷头喷出，油脂经过导热管9时水分受热挥发，油脂流入罐体1内后，搅拌轴2不断对油脂进行搅拌，油脂中含有的水分不断的蒸发，由出气口4排出

1.一种油脂脱水装置，其特征在于：包括有罐体，所述的罐体内转动安装有搅拌轴，所述罐体上端分别设有进料口、出气口，所述罐体的底部设有放料口，所述罐体的侧壁具有夹层，所述夹层上设置有蒸汽进口和蒸汽出口，所述罐体内设置有若干个导热管，所述导热管的一端设置在所述夹层内，另一端设置在所述罐体内,所述进料口为喷洒喷头。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油脂脱水装置，其特征在于：所述罐体的端部设有电机，电机与所述的搅拌轴传动连接。
