本实用新型涉及照明灯具，尤其涉及一种新型LED日光灯管结构。
背景技术
传统的LED日光灯管，其内部的LED灯条是依靠粘胶固定在灯管上的，组装时，人力成本高，效率低下，产品质量难保证，使用时，粘胶受到热胀冷缩的影响，会出现脱落老化等状况。

本实用新型为了解决现有技术的上述不足，提供了一种新型LED日光灯管结构。
本实用新型的上述目的通过以下的技术方案来实现：一种新型LED日光灯管结构，其特征在于：包括灯管和LED灯条，所述灯管上设有基座部和透光部，所述基座部设有LED灯条槽，所述LED灯条槽两侧壁上设有内凹卡槽。
所述LED灯条槽设有凸条，一方面，可顶住LED灯条，增加灯条的稳定性，另一方面，在灯条背部形成空隙，增强散热效果。
所述LED灯条由底板和LED灯泡构成，所述底板由玻纤板或铝基板制成。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：采用本实用新型的结构，LED灯条的稳定性强，不会因受热等原因而脱落，装配简单，节省人力成本，提高生产效率，安全环保，美观大方。

如图1所示，一种新型LED日光灯管结构，其特征在于：包括灯管1和LED灯条2，所述灯管1上设有基座部11和透光部12，所述基座部11设有LED灯条槽13，所述LED灯条槽13两侧壁上设有内凹卡槽14。
所述LED灯条槽13设有凸条15，一方面，可顶住LED灯条2，增加灯条的稳定性，另一方面，在灯条背部形成空隙，增强散热效果。所述LED灯条2由底板21和LED灯泡22构成，所述底板21由玻纤板或铝基板制成。
