本实用新型涉及LED线条灯技术，特别涉及一种LED线条灯的配光器件。
背景技术
现有技术中的配光器件，如申请公布号为CN102777833A的实用新型专利所公开的一种LED洗墙灯中，包括灯体、安装在灯体上的多个LED、灯具外壳和安装于灯体两端的端盖，所述灯具外壳为优质铝型材；所述端盖为压铸铝端盖；所述灯体表面经过氧化或者喷漆处理；所述灯体上设置有钢化玻璃；这里钢化玻璃作为该洗墙灯出光的配光器件，其出光效果较差，光线利用率低，投射高度也较低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的是提供一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其能有效提高光线利用率，提高投射高度，且出光均匀。
本实用新型的上述技术目的是通过以下技术方案得以实现的：一种LED线条灯的配光器件，该器件的受光面中部具有有沿该器件长度方向设置的弧状凸条，所述弧状凸条的两侧对称具有多条三角齿状凸条。
作为本实用新型的优选，位于所述弧状凸条一侧的多条所述三角齿状凸条的齿尖沿该器件边缘至所述弧状凸条方向呈逐渐密集状。
作为本实用新型的优选，该器件的出光面为平面。
作为本实用新型的优选，该器件的出光面为弧面。
作为本实用新型的优选，所述三角齿状凸条为直角齿状，且每个所述三角齿状凸条中垂直于该器件受光面的侧壁都较为靠近所述弧状凸条。
综上所述，本实用新型具有以下有益效果：本实用新型结构简单，易于实施；本实用新型可采用PC或PMMA等光学塑料，也可以是硅酸盐质玻璃，本实用新型的独特结构，使受光面类似于菲涅尔轮廓，使用时，LED发光点位于受光面的焦点位置，当LED发出的光线投射到受光面时，垂直于线条灯方向的光束角会发生汇聚，从而有效LED的光线，提高光线利用率，同时，也增加大了LED线条灯的投射高度；且本实用新型一般为拉伸件，在平行于LED线条灯的方向，LED光线不会发生汇聚，而是自由混光，从而有利于使LED线条灯长度方向上的均匀出光；且由于类似于菲涅尔轮廓的设计，使得本实用新型比单一的凸透镜厚度较薄，从而光能损失少，出光效率高；且本实用新型可以采用挤出工艺制作，因此成本较低，装备紧凑方便，提高了生产装备的效率，配光器件的成本节省达20%以上。

实施例1：如图1所示，一种LED线条灯的配光器件，装配时，固设于线条灯壳体3上，LED光源4设于壳体3上，且位于本实施例的焦点位置；本实施例作为线条灯的出光板，本实施例的受光面1中部具有有沿本实施例长度方向设置的弧状凸条11，弧状凸条11的两侧对称具有多条三角齿状凸条12。
位于弧状凸条11一侧的多条三角齿状凸条12的齿尖沿本实施例边缘至弧状凸条11方向呈逐渐密集状；且三角齿状凸条12为直角齿状，且每个三角齿状凸条12中垂直于本实施例受光面1的侧壁都较为靠近弧状凸条11。
本实施例的出光面2为弧面。
实施例2：与实施例1的不同之处在于，本实施例的出光面2为平面。

1.一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其特征在于，该器件的受光面（1）中部具有沿该器件长度方向设置的弧状凸条（11），所述弧状凸条（11）的两侧对称具有多条三角齿状凸条（12）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其特征在于，位于所述弧状凸条（11）一侧的多条所述三角齿状凸条（12）的齿尖沿该器件边缘至所述弧状凸条（11）方向呈逐渐密集状。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其特征在于，该器件的出光面（2）为平面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其特征在于，该器件的出光面（2）为弧面。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的一种LED线条灯的配光器件，其特征在于，所述三角齿状凸条（12）为直角齿状，且每个所述三角齿状凸条（12）中垂直于该器件受光面（1）的侧壁都较为靠近所述弧状凸条（11）。
