本实用新型涉及一种低成本医用透气胶带，属于医用材料技术领域。
背景技术
传统的医用橡皮膏胶带是以棉布为基材，用氧化锌、天然橡胶和松香等为粘合剂制成，皮肤粘合后容易产生瘙痒及易红肿起水泡等不良影响。而随着压敏型医用胶粘带（简称压敏胶）这种新型医用高分子材料的出现，它粘性好、用量少、无橡胶固有的易老化、脱落及刺激性大等问题，其先进性可取代传统的橡皮贴膏等传统产品。国内通常使用的医用透气性胶带多为用溶剂型涂布法及乳液型涂布法制造而成。溶剂型涂布法是将粘合剂先溶解在溶剂中（如汽油、二甲苯等），溶解后再涂布到防粘材料（牛皮纸、聚乙烯膜、硅酮）上，经烘干处理再用转移涂布法将粘合剂转移到基材上，形成透气性贴片。由于选用基材的轻薄性，通常基材背面需要先进行上浆处理，堵住毛孔并挤压平整后涂以有机硅氟类物质以降低胶层对基材表面的粘附力。而乳液型涂布法则是将胶制成乳液或者溶解在一定比例的水中，然后涂布在防粘材料上，经转移涂在透气性基材上，经干燥处理形成透气性胶带。
溶剂型涂布法所使用的溶剂易燃易爆，易挥发，对人体有毒，生产过程对环境有一定污染。而乳液型涂布法制成的产品耐水性、剥离力和初粘力低、低温稳定性差、对油面粘附力小，且能耗高，固化慢。两者均需在有机硅固化后方能涂布粘合剂，固化时间长，基材易变形起泡或者产生褶皱，造成涂布不均匀。在转移法生产的防水透气胶带的生产过程中，溶剂和乳液均需烘干，基材也要进行两次烘干处理，生产时间长，能源消耗大；而且上述两种方法制成的胶带，使用时只能使用粘有压敏胶的粘合胶面部分，其余部分（防粘基材、浆料、防粘剂等）弃而不用，增加了产品的人力物力的浪费，产品成本也相应偏高，竞争力降低。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种低成本医用透气胶带，以解决现有技术中医用透气胶带的生产成本过高的问题。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案如下：
一种低成本医用透气胶带，包括：由上至下依次设置的医用热熔压敏胶涂层、基材层和防水透湿涂层，所述基材层上形成有网状透气孔，所述医用热熔压敏胶涂层和防水透湿涂层贴合在基材层上。
作为一种优选方案，所述基材层为医用胶带棉纸。
本实用新型的有益效果主要体现在：减少了对基材的预处理步骤，不使用中间介质进行胶质转移，生产过程安全无污染；生产周期短，成本有效降低；成品用于包扎固定，透气性和平整度好，使用也更加方便。此外，由于选用无毒无味的医用热熔压敏胶，制成品经高温消毒后没有溶剂型产品的溶剂残留味道，粘性稳定持久。

具体实施方式
参见附图1，本实用新型的医用透气胶带的是由医用热熔压敏胶涂层1，基材层2、防水透湿涂层3组成，所述基材层上形成有网状透气孔，所述医用热熔压敏胶涂层和防水透湿涂层贴合在基材层上。基材层2本身的网状结构可以分别稳定住医用热熔压敏胶涂层1和防水透湿涂层3，并起到隔离的作用。这种新工艺使得压敏胶涂层的部分有效和基材结合，成品不易产生残胶、溢胶；粘性稳定，不易受温度和湿度的影响，大大提高了医护人员的工作效率，并且方便储存和使用。
实施例1，将树脂、增稠剂、防水剂和水按照（10:6:3:100）的重量比配制成W/O乳液，即防水浆料，将该防水浆料和隔离剂涂布在克重为26±3g/㎡的进口医用胶带棉纸的背面，使进口医用胶带棉纸增重0.02-0.5g/㎡，渗透度达到进口医用胶带棉纸厚度的1～99%，然后送入涂布烘干一体机中，直接以30-40m/min的速度，用热风、烘箱等方式进行烘干，设置涂布烘干一体机的参数为：
涂头流量：900-200mL/min；联动比：0.9；进料速度：40±15m/s；烘干风量：35±5Hz；烘箱温度（T1-T6）：150±20℃；牵引轮张力：1.5～3.5kg；收卷张力35±5kg。
将涂布好防水涂层的进口医用胶带送入热熔胶涂布机中，在进口医用胶带棉纸的正面用RT1100热熔胶涂布机涂布CM919热熔压敏胶，设定热熔胶涂布机的参数如下：
导热转移辊温度：80±10℃；冷却辊温度：5-10℃；涂头温度：170±10℃；胶箱温度：140±10℃；上胶量设定：22±2g(联动)；涂布速度：30±5m/s；
在复卷机中进行复卷和分切，设置复卷机的参数为：
放卷张力：3±1kg；收卷张力：3±1kg；
具体的操作步骤见附图2。
经复卷分切成相应规格，灭菌消毒后即成为医用防水透气胶带。成品胶带不含天然橡胶，可以避免因天然橡胶导致的过敏反应，良好的抗张强度，无弹性,在避免妨碍血液循环的前提下，可提供最大限度的压力，平边易撕断，具稳定的打开张力。
其工作原理是:先加热压敏热熔胶箱,同时将基材穿引好,当熔胶箱加热到所调定的热熔胶熔点温度后,热熔胶被熔化,通过液压系统将熔化的胶压入涂布模头,然后将涂布模头靠在转移辊上,将热熔胶喷涂在转移辊上，基材在被转移辊挤压涂布上粘合剂的同时经冷却辊对其背面进行冷却固化,通过调节离合器和制动器的张力来控制基材的牵引张力,使机器运转平稳,产品直接成平整卷状。
综上所述，仅为本实用新型的较佳实施例而已，并非用来限定本实用新型实施的范围，凡依本实用新型权利要求范围所述的形状、构造、特征及精神所为的均等变化与修饰，均应包括于本实用新型的权利要求范围内。

1.一种低成本医用透气胶带，其特征在于，包括：由上至下依次设置的医用热熔压敏胶涂层、基材层和防水透湿涂层，所述基材层上形成有网状透气孔，所述医用热熔压敏胶涂层和防水透湿涂层贴合在基材层上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低成本医用透气胶带，其特征在于，所述基材层为医用胶带棉纸。
