技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种电镀外壳，尤其是一种采用CZVM镀膜工艺制作而成的多涂层电镀外壳。
背景技术
目前，国内外知名品牌消费类电子产品更新速度加快，外观设计和表面处理性能的差异化竞争越来越凸显出重要性，成为了不同个性消费者购买产品的重要参考依据。随着电子工业的快速发展，对塑胶外观表面处理的要求不断提高，CZVM（Cubic Zirconia Vacuum Metallization）应运而生。CZVM是指非导电氧化锆真空金属镀膜技术，其加工工艺较普通真空电镀技术相对复杂。
但就无线通讯产品而言，尤其是MobilePhone、PDA、Smart Phone、GPS卫星导航、蓝牙耳机等3C产品，为使其外观设计和通讯效果更好，产品的物性和耐候性更佳，从而更好地满足客户需求，就需应用到CZVM制作工艺来实现产品的强烈金属质感和纹理以及不导通性能，同时CZVM属于绿色环保的制作工艺，更为符合镀膜技术的发展趋势。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本实用新型提供一种多涂层电镀外壳，其采用CZVM技术制作而成，产品的金属质感强烈，纹理清晰，不导通性能好，从而提升无线通讯产品的科技含量及附加值。
本实用新型的技术方案为：一种多涂层电镀外壳，包括机壳、底基、底层、镀层、中层和外层，其特征在于：所述机壳为塑胶壳体，机壳表面依次涂覆有底基和底层，底层表面设有镀层，镀层为氧化锆材质镀层，镀层厚度为0.6 -1.4μm，镀层上依次涂覆有中层和外层，中层和外层均为UV漆层。
所述机壳为采用PET、PC、ABS、尼龙或PMMA材质制成的塑胶壳体。
所述底层的厚度为5-15μm。
所述中层和外层的厚度均为5-20μm。
所述底基、底层和中层中至少有一层为添加有金刚石微粒的涂层。
本实用新型的有益效果为：
1. 采用CZVM（非导电氧化锆真空金属镀膜）技术，获得不导通的物理特性，不会产生电波干扰，避免对通讯终端设备产生影响，且无须防静电措施；
2. 在塑胶制成的机壳上电镀氧化锆，具有强烈的金属质感和纹理，同时在底基或底层添加有金刚石微粒，能在光照下呈现出丰富且有变化的钻石般色泽，外形更为美观；
3. 通过设置中层和外层等多个涂层，增强了防掉漆、耐弯折和附着力等性能，产品信赖性好，提升附加值。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的具体实施方式作进一步说明：
如图1所示，一种多涂层电镀外壳，包括依次设置的机壳1、底基2、底层3、镀层4、中层5和外层6，其中机壳1为ABS材质注塑而成的壳体，镀层4为氧化锆材料蒸发而成的0.9μm镀层4，通过氧化锆镀层4不但能体现出强烈的金属质感及纹理，还能在白天与夜间具有变化的光泽效果，中层5和外层6均为透明UV保护漆层，不但增强表面的硬度、耐磨性和耐蚀性，且可在UV漆层添加颜色，同时中层5和外层6均为微米级薄层，增强防掉漆、耐弯折和附着力等性能。因此，本实用新型外形美观，不导通性和产品信赖性好，生产成本低，提升了无线通讯产品的附加值。

1.一种多涂层电镀外壳，包括机壳、底基、底层、镀层、中层和外层，其特征在于：所述机壳为塑胶壳体，机壳表面依次涂覆有底基和底层，底层表面设有镀层，镀层为氧化锆材质镀层，镀层厚度为0.6 -1.4μm，镀层上依次涂覆有中层和外层，中层和外层均为UV漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多涂层电镀外壳，其特征在于：所述机壳为采用PET、PC、ABS、尼龙或PMMA材质制成的塑胶壳体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多涂层电镀外壳，其特征在于：所述底层的厚度为5-15μm。
4.根据权利要求1-3之一所述的多涂层电镀外壳，其特征在于：所述中层和外层的厚度均为5-20μm。
