本实用新型涉及一种万能样冲针可调式打点装置，包括样冲针、定位销和底盘，样冲针通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘上，定位销通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘上，根据模板规格尺寸调好定位销，再根据预钻孔的位置要求调好样冲针的位置并锁紧，最后把模板放入定位销内，然后用锤子敲击模板的四个角部就可以打出点来，同等规格的其他模板都可以按顺序放入该定位内打点。本实用新型与传统的打点方式相比，节约了劳动时间、降低了劳动强度，而且保证了产品精度和质量，能满足市场需要。

本实用新型涉及一种模具冲针装置，具体涉及一种万能样冲针可调式打点装置。 
背景技术
目前国内模具钳工采用划线的方式确定其中一块模板的预钻孔位置，其余的相同规格尺寸的模板都采用红丹涂抹或者用划针插入已钻出的孔中划圆弧来确定预钻孔的大体位置，这样虽然可行，但是不能保证验出的孔位全部准确，有的误差甚至达到1mm以上，这给装配工作带来了不少困难，既费时又费力，还不能保证模具装配的质量。 
发明内容
    本实用新型克服现有技术的不足，提出了一种万能样冲针可调式打点装置，所述装置能节约劳动时间、降低劳动强度，并保证产品的精度和质量，能满足市场需要。
 本实用新型的技术方案为：一种万能样冲针可调式打点装置，包括样冲针、定位销和底盘，样冲针通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘上，定位销通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘上。
本实用新型具有如下有益效果：
    本实用新型所述装置能节约劳动时间、降低劳动强度，并保证产品的精度和质量，能满足市场需要。

 具体实施方式：
 参见图1至图2所示，本实用新型包括样冲针1、定位销2和底盘3，样冲针1通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘3上，定位销2通过锁紧螺母固定在底盘3上，根据模板规格尺寸调好定位销2，再根据预钻孔的位置要求调好样冲针1的位置并锁紧，最后把模板放入定位销2内，然后用锤子敲击模板的四个角部就可以打出点来，同等规格的其他模板都可以按顺序放入该定位内打点。
