本实用新型公开了一种脱模斜度小,脱模速度快的齿轮轴锻模的下模;它由下模主件、下模镶件、下模垫板、下模顶杆组成;所述下模主件置于所述下模垫板上,所述下模主件上设有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔的上部分设有两个台阶;所述下模镶件位于所述下模主件的圆形通孔内,所述下模镶件的上端面有一锥形凹槽,与所述下模主件圆形通孔的台阶部分共同形成锻造型腔;所述下模垫板上设有通孔,所述下模顶杆穿过通孔作用于所述下模镶件上,使下模镶件在圆形通孔内作上下运动。通过下模顶杆作用于下模镶件上将锻坯顶出下模,减小了其脱模斜度,提高了脱模速度,从而使模具型腔寿命延长,提高了生产效率。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种锻模组件,尤其是一种齿轮轴锻模的下模。 
背景技术
传统锻造方法中的锻模由上模、下模组成,脱模斜度需大于5°才能方便脱模,且脱模速度慢。现需加工一种汽车发动机用的齿轮轴零件(见图1),该零件分上中下三段圆台,结构简单,但中段要求只能带有0.5°脱模斜度,三段同轴度要求高。齿轮轴锻坯外形尺寸大,客户要求后续加工余量少,采用传统的锻造模具不仅满足不了客户需求,且生产效率低,材料浪费大,成本高;另外,由于脱模慢,模具型腔寿命也较低。 
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是提供一种脱模斜度小,脱模速度快的齿轮轴锻模的下模。 
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,它由下模主件、下模镶件、下模垫板、下模顶杆组成;所述下模主件置于所述下模垫板上,所述下模主件上设有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔的上部分设有两个台阶;所述下模镶件位于所述下模主件的圆形通孔内,所述下模镶件的上端面有一锥形凹槽,与所述下模主件圆形通孔的台阶部分共同形成锻造型腔;所述下模垫板上设有通孔,所述下模顶杆穿过通孔作用于所述下模镶件上,使下模镶件在圆形通孔内作上下运动。 
本实用新型进一步的技术方案是:所述下模主件由下模接垫、下模体组成,所述下模接垫和所述下模体上均设有圆形型腔,通过连接紧固件同轴连接,形成一个整体。 
本实用新型再进一步的技术方案是:所述下模体下端面设有凸台;所述下模接垫上端面设有凹槽,下端面设有凸缘,圆形通孔内设有台阶;所述下模镶件下端面设有凸台;所述下模体和所述下模镶件均为模具钢。 
本实用新型的有益效果:由于采用组合形式,其结构简单、制作容易、维修方便;通过下模顶杆作用于下模镶件上将锻坯顶出下模,减小了其脱模斜度,提高了脱模速度,从而使模具型腔寿命延长,提高了生产效率;仅下模体与下模镶件采用模具钢,模具成本大幅下降,减少材料浪费,降低生产成本。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型提供了一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,它由下模主件7、下模镶件4、下模垫板5、下模顶杆6组成;所述下模主件7置于所述下模垫板5上,所述下模主件7上设有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔的上部分设有两个台阶;所述下模镶件4位于所述下模主件7的圆形通孔内,所述下模镶件4的上端面有一锥形凹槽,与所述下模主件7圆形通孔的台阶部分共同形成锻造型腔9;所述下模垫板5上设有通孔,所述下模顶杆6穿过通孔作用于所述下模镶件4上,使下模镶件4在圆形通孔内作上下运动。 
所述下模主件7由下模接垫1、连接紧固件2、下模体3组成;所述下模接垫1和所述下模体3上均设有圆形型腔8,通过所述连接紧固件2同轴连接,形成一个整体;所述下模体3下端面设有凸台; 所述下模接垫1上端面设有凹槽,下端面设有凸缘,圆形通孔内设有台阶;所述下模镶件下4端面设有凸台;所述下模体3和所述下模镶件4均为模具钢,其余部件均为非模具钢制造。

1.一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,其特征在于:它由下模主件、下模镶件、下模垫板、下模顶杆组成;所述下模主件置于所述下模垫板上,所述下模主件上设有圆形通孔,所述圆形通孔的上部分设有两个台阶;所述下模镶件位于所述下模主件的圆形通孔内,所述下模镶件的上端面有一锥形凹槽,与所述下模主件圆形通孔的台阶部分共同形成锻造型腔;所述下模垫板上设有通孔,所述下模顶杆穿过通孔作用于所述下模镶件上,使下模镶件在圆形通孔内作上下运动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,其特征在于:所述下模主件由下模接垫、下模体组成,所述下模接垫和所述下模体上均设有圆形型腔,通过连接紧固件同轴连接,形成一个整体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,其特征在于:所述下模体下端面设有凸台;所述下模接垫上端面设有凹槽,下端面设有凸缘,圆形通孔内设有台阶;所述下模镶件下端面设有凸台。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种齿轮轴锻模的下模,其特征在于:所述下模体和所述下模镶件均为模具钢。
