Abstract
本实用新型公开了吸盘吊挂装置,包括有吸盘、吸盘罩盖,吸盘中心部位固定设置有与吸盘一体成型的拉杆,拉杆为硬质塑胶,拉杆的一端具有销孔,吸盘罩盖贴合于吸盘外侧壁,拉杆带销孔一端贯穿吸盘罩盖中部,还包括有一按扭,所述的按扭中部具有用于容纳拉杆的空间,因此按钮一端形成两侧板,在该两侧板端口形成有压盖凸起,两侧板端面上具有与拉杆销孔对应的穿孔,通过销轴贯穿该穿孔、拉杆销孔实现吸盘和吸盘罩盖的连接,按钮下压,按钮一端的压盖凸起顶住吸盘罩盖,同时拉杆被提升,橡胶吸盘与墙面之间形成真空进而实现强有力的吸附。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及日用品领域,具体为一种吸盘式的吊挂装置。
背景技术
吸盘吊挂装置的结构例如专利号02206060.X所公开的,包括有吸盘、罩盖和吊钩,通过吊钩的枢转反扣,将吸盘上的拉板提升后在吸盘中间形成真空,吸盘与墙面形成牢固的定位进而形成重力支撑部位,因此可以在吊钩部分承担重物的吊挂。上述结构中吊钩结构需要枢转反扣才能实现,当吊钩部分的形状不适合用来反扣的时候,就需要对整体结构做改进了。另,常见的吸盘通常为软性塑胶材料制成,吸附力不强,吸盘挂钩的吸附牢度不够。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种吸盘吊挂装置,吸附牢度强,并且结构简单,方便使用。
上述目的通过如下技术方案实现:
吸盘吊挂装置,包括有吸盘、吸盘罩盖,吸盘中心部位固定设置有与吸盘一体成型的拉杆,拉杆为硬质塑胶,拉杆的一端具有销孔,吸盘罩盖贴合于吸盘外侧壁,拉杆带销孔一端贯穿吸盘罩盖中部,其特征在于:还包括有一按扭,所述的按扭中部具有用于容纳拉杆的空间,因此按钮一端形成两侧板,在该两侧板端口形成有压盖凸起,两侧板上具有与拉杆销孔对应的穿孔,通过销轴贯穿该穿孔、拉杆销孔实现吸盘和吸盘罩盖的连接,按钮下压,按钮一端的压盖凸起顶住吸盘罩盖,同时拉杆被提升,橡胶吸盘与墙面之间形成真空进而实现强有力的吸附。
所述的吸盘为橡胶材质,其橡胶的横截厚度范围为4.0—5.0毫米。
所述的按钮远离穿孔的另一端具有便于使用者用力的弯钩部分。
所述的吸盘罩盖下具有挂钩部分,挂钩和吸盘罩盖为一体式。
所述的吸盘罩盖具有连接部位,两个吸盘罩盖之间的连接部位可以通过横杆或横板等中介载体实现连接。
采用上述结构的吸盘吊挂装置,设置有按钮结构,通过按钮来实现吸盘的吸附操作,结构简单,实用方便;吸盘采用橡胶材质,而不是普通的软性塑胶材料,并且具有一定厚度,可以增强吸附能力,在各种不同材质的墙面上都能实现强有力的吸附,承重力提高。吸盘罩盖下方可以设置有挂钩或连接部位,吸盘吊挂装置可以为单个使用或多个组合使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步说明。
如图1-3所示,吸盘吊挂装置,包括有吸盘1、吸盘罩盖2,吸盘1中心部位固定设置有与吸盘1一体成型的拉杆11,拉杆11为硬质塑胶,吸盘1为橡胶材质,其橡胶的横截厚度范围为4.0—5.0毫米。拉杆11的一端具有销孔111,吸盘罩盖2贴合于吸盘1外侧壁,拉杆11带销孔一端贯穿吸盘罩盖2中部。吸盘吊挂装置还包括有一按扭4,所述的按扭4中部具有用于容纳拉杆11的空间,因此按钮4一端形成两侧板41,在该两侧板端口形成有压盖凸起42,两侧板上具有与拉杆销孔对应的穿孔43,通过销轴5贯穿该穿孔43、拉杆销孔111实现吸盘1和吸盘罩盖2的连接。在按钮4远离穿孔的另一端具有便于使用者用力的弯钩部分44。下压按钮4,按钮一端的压盖凸起42顶住吸盘罩盖2,同时拉杆11被提升,橡胶吸盘1与墙面之间形成真空进而实现强有力的吸附。
如图1-3所示,在本实施例中,挂钩3与吸盘罩盖2为一体成型,挂钩3位于吸盘罩盖2下端。
如图4所示,为另一实施例的结构示意图,吸盘吊挂装置两个组合使用,在吸盘罩盖2具有连接部位22,连接部位22可以为卡位结构或透孔,两个吸盘罩盖2之间的连接部位22通过横板6或横杆等中介载体实现连接。

1.吸盘吊挂装置,包括有吸盘、吸盘罩盖,吸盘中心部位固定设置有与吸盘一体成型的拉杆,拉杆为硬质塑胶,拉杆的一端具有销孔,吸盘罩盖贴合于吸盘外侧壁,拉杆带销孔一端贯穿吸盘罩盖中部,其特征在于:还包括有一按扭,所述的按扭中部具有用于容纳拉杆的空间,因此按钮一端形成两侧板,在该两侧板端口形成有压盖凸起,两侧板上具有与拉杆销孔对应的穿孔,通过销轴贯穿该穿孔、拉杆销孔实现吸盘和吸盘罩盖的连接,按钮下压,按钮一端的压盖凸起顶住吸盘罩盖,同时拉杆被提升,橡胶吸盘与墙面之间形成真空进而实现强有力的吸附。
2.如权利要求1所述的吸盘吊挂装置,其特征在于:所述的吸盘为橡胶材质,其橡胶的横截厚度范围为4.0—5.0毫米。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的吸盘吊挂装置,其特征在于:所述的按钮远离穿孔的另一端具有便于使用者用力的弯钩部分。
4.如权利要求3所述的吸盘吊挂装置,其特征在于:所述的吸盘罩盖下具有挂钩部分,挂钩和吸盘罩盖为一体式。
5.如权利要求3所述的吸盘吊挂装置,其特征在于:所述的吸盘罩盖具有连接部位,两个吸盘罩盖之间的连接部位可以通过横杆或横板等中介载体实现连接。
