卧式数码钢琴体积较小，一般的卧式数码钢琴外圈都是使用模具由多层木皮通过高频弯压成型的，弯压成型后都有一段适应的时间，在这段时间里，我们必须将外圈静止放置，让它自然变形。这个时间大概需要3个月左右。通过静止放置后的外圈每个的外形都存在一些差异。所以，这种工艺制作出来的外圈加工周期长，通用性差，装配起来比较困难。

为实现这一目的，本实用新型所采用的方法是：一种卧式数码钢琴外圈，包括左琴手、右琴手和后背板，所述左琴手和右琴手通过胶水连接在后背板的两端，左琴手和右琴手相互平行，左琴手、右琴手和后背板垂直连接在下音板上，中盘连接下音板边缘。
