Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种泳池保温装置，包括泳池和盖在泳池上的保温盖，所述保温盖由保温内芯与套在内芯外的外罩组成，所述外罩边缘向下延伸形成搭边。本实用新型能够有效地阻止热量从保温盖与泳池壁之间的间隙散失出来，实现热气全部锁定，从而降低温度衰减速度，实现电能节约。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及卫浴设备技术领域，具体地说是一种泳池保温装置。
背景技术
目前，对于众多温泉泳池、酒店泳池、家庭泳池等，在使用前、后需要将泳池内的水保持在一定温度范围内，因此针对泳池的保温极为重要。如果保温不够，需要进行加热，将造成额外的能耗。现有泳池保温，从泳池保温盖、泳池侧面两部分着手：以双铝棉铺盖作为泳池保温盖以达到保温挡尘；侧面用保温棉再加护板的方式进行保温。这种方式透热缝隙较多，在户外情况下极易剥离或分离，且保温均衡性差，经常导致里面温水的热气溢出，对能耗是极大浪费。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述存在的问题，提供一种泳池保温装置，能够有效保温，实现电能节约。
本实用新型为实现上述目的，采取以下技术方案予以实现：
一种泳池保温装置，包括泳池和盖在泳池上的保温盖，所述保温盖由保温内芯与套在内芯外的外罩组成，所述外罩边缘向下延伸形成搭边。
优选地，所述保温内芯是密度为25kg/m3的PU发泡塑料，所述外罩为人造皮革。人造皮革经过特别的防霉耐候处理，能满足在户外恶劣环境下的使用。
优选地，所述搭边长100mm。通过在保温盖边缘设置搭边，能够有效地阻止热量从保温盖与泳池壁之间的间隙散失出来。
优选地，所述泳池内壁设有PU发泡保温层，外壁设有由双铝棉保温层和PS发泡板组成的围板。
更优选地，所述PU发泡保温层密度为40kg/m3，厚度为100mm。采取自由发泡方式，能将复杂的泳池内壁全部填充，不留有缝隙；并且能将泳池内的水管包裹住，防止热量从水管壁传导出来；密度高能有效阻止热传导
优选地，所述围板由厚度为10mm的双铝棉保温层和厚度为10mm的PS发泡板组成。
本实用新型的有益效果如下：本实用新型泳池保温装置中的保温盖结构独特：由保温内芯与套在内芯外的外罩组成，外罩边缘向下延伸形成搭边，能够有效弥补透热缝隙，实现热气全部锁定，从而降低温度衰减速度，实现电能节约。另外在泳池内壁设置PU发泡保温层，外壁设置由双铝棉保温层和PS发泡板组成的围板，进一步提高保温能力。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本实用新型的实施例作详细描述。
本实用新型实施例如图1所示：一种泳池保温装置，包括泳池10和盖在泳池10上的保温盖20。保温盖20由保温内芯201与套在内芯外的外罩202组成，外罩202边缘向下延伸形成长100mm的搭边203，其中保温内芯201是密度为25kg/m3的PU发泡塑料，外罩202是人造皮革。人造皮革经过特别的防霉耐候处理，能满足在户外恶劣环境下的使用。
通过在保温盖20边缘设置搭边203，能够有效地阻止热量从保温盖20与泳池壁10之间的间隙散失出来，实现热气全部锁定，从而降低温度衰减速度，实现电能节约。
进一步地，在泳池10内壁设置密度为40kg/m3，厚度为100mm的PU发泡保温层30；采取自由发泡方式，能将复杂的泳池内壁全部填充，不留有缝隙；并且能将泳池内的水管包裹住，防止热量从水管壁传导出来；密度高能有效阻止热传导。在泳池10外壁设置由厚度为10mm的双铝棉保温层401和厚度为10mm的PS发泡板402组成的围板40，能够进一步提高泳池的保温能力。

1.一种泳池保温装置，包括泳池和盖在泳池上的保温盖，其特征在于，所述保温盖由保温内芯与套在内芯外的外罩组成，所述外罩边缘向下延伸形成搭边。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种泳池保温装置，其特征在于，所述保温内芯是密度为25kg/m3的PU发泡塑料，所述外罩为人造皮革。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种泳池保温装置，其特征在于，所述搭边长100mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种泳池保温装置，其特征在于，所述泳池内壁设有PU发泡保温层，外壁设有由双铝棉保温层和PS发泡板组成的围板。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种泳池保温装置，其特征在于，所述PU发泡保温层密度为40kg/m3，厚度为100mm。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种泳池保温装置，其特征在于，所述围板由厚度为10mm的双铝棉保温层和厚度为10mm的PS发泡板组成。
