Abstract

背景技术
在钻床上采用机用平口钳夹紧上联板工件，工人劳动强度大，效率不高，受产品结构外形影响需频繁更换夹具；且频繁更换会容易造成夹具的损坏。
实用新型内容
本实用新型针对上述缺陷，目的在于提供一种结构简单，能对上联板进行良好定位的具有快装快卸特点的上联板夹具。
为此本实用新型采用的技术方案是：本实用新型包括偏心转轴（2）和带动偏心轴（2）转动的手柄（1），上联板（4）的定位孔套设在偏心转轴（2）上，夹具还包括有和所述上联板（4）定位孔端部对应的V形块（3），该V形块（3）和上联板（4）的凸轴（5）定位。
所述V形块（3）位置可调节。
本实用新型的优点是：本实用新型采用手动联动偏心夹紧机构，转动手柄，使偏心转轴转动，以V型块定位，快速定位，偏心自锁夹紧，钻孔保证一致性。减轻了工人的劳动强度，提高了效率。

具体实施方式
本实用新型包括偏心转轴2和带动偏心轴2转动的手柄1，上联板4的定位孔套设在偏心转轴2上，夹具还包括有和所述上联板4定位孔端部对应的V形块3，该V形块3和上联板4的凸轴5定位。
所述V形块3位置可调节。
本实用新型的工作过程为：首先将上联板4装设在偏心转轴2上，然后转动手柄1，使偏心转轴2发生旋转，带动上联板4旋转；由于偏心的存在，故在转动过程中，上联板4和V形块3之间的距离发生变化，并始终存在一个位置使凸轴5卡入V形块3形成对上联板4的定位；当加工完毕后，通过手柄1转动偏心转轴2，使凸轴5离开V形块3，实现上联板4的拆卸。
本实用新型进一步的V形块3位置可调，以当上联板4的规格发生变化时，通过调整V形块3位置后，进行更好的定位和拆卸。

1.上联板夹具，其特征在于，包括偏心转轴（2）和带动偏心轴（2）转动的手柄（1），上联板（4）的定位孔套设在偏心转轴（2）上，夹具还包括有和所述上联板（4）定位孔端部对应的V形块（3），该V形块（3）和上联板（4）的凸轴（5）定位。
