Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种选粉机反击锥体可调式安装结构，它是在内锥体和反击锥圆周外沿上，每120°分别焊接上相对应的耳板，耳板上加工有孔，通过孔用螺栓将内锥体和反击锥连接在一起，内锥体与反击锥之间的间隙为25-35mm。使用过程中，根据实际生产粗粉量大小，通过调节螺栓灵活调整内锥体与反击锥之间的间隙。由于反击锥与内锥体之间间隙可调，可进一步控制成品细度，消除内锥体内物料塌料现象，避免电机电流波动而造成设备故障或内部窜风现象。

本实用新型涉及水泥生产线的粉磨系统。
背景技术
目前，水泥行业粉磨系统使用的煤磨选粉机，是将反击锥焊接固定在选粉机内锥体上，焊接时是沿反击锥圆周用钢板焊接固定；而且反击锥与内锥体之间间隙为固定间隙，用于分选出的粗粉卸料。但在实际使用中发现，由于煤质易磨性变化或产品细度调节需求，选粉机分选出的粗粉量不固定，粗粉量多时存在卸料能力不足现象，粗粉量少时此间隙部位存在窜风，影响选粉效果，经常出现塌料现象，选粉机电流波动较大，设备运行不稳定，造成一定的设备隐患。
发明内容
本实用新型的目的是为解决上述问题，对反击锥安装结构进行改造，设计一种可调式安装结构。
一种选粉机反击锥体可调式安装结构，其特征在于，它是在内锥体和反击锥圆周外沿上，每120°分别焊接上相对应的耳板，耳板上加工有孔，通过孔用螺栓将内锥体和反击锥连接在一起，内锥体与反击锥之间的间隙为25-35mm。
使用过程中，根据实际生产粗粉量大小，通过调节螺栓灵活调整内锥体与反击锥之间的间隙。
本实用新型的优点是：由于反击锥与内锥体之间间隙可调，可进一步控制成品细度，消除内锥体内物料塌料现象，避免电机电流波动而造成设备故障或内部窜风现象。
