本实用新型是油田采油井用的工具,是一种洗井分流开关。 
背景技术:
由于地层漏失,为了正常洗井,一般在管柱下设一封隔器和联通筛管,但联通筛管不能控制流向,井液可以经联通筛管进入套管,当油井压力高时,井液可以从套管内流出,盗窃分子可以在套管处放油盗油,造成原油损失。中国专利200820233038.3《洗井分流开关》,可以克服上述问题,但它的竖向进液通道(6)的流道不集中,流通面积小,产生油流阻力。 
发明内容:
本实用新型的目的是设计一种洗井分流开关,可以洗井,可以防喷,油井生产时间长,盗窃分子不能放油盗油,并且进流通道大,油流阻力小。 
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:包括上接头、阀组、连接管、分流接头、下接头,上接头下部与连接管上部连接,连接管下部的内螺纹与分流接头上部的外螺纹连接,分流接头下部与下接头连接,阀组下部的外螺纹与分流接头上部的内螺纹连接,分流接头上有洗井通道和竖向进液通道,洗井通道与连接管的外部相通,竖向进液通道与下接头相通,上接头的上部有油管内螺纹,下接头的下部有油管外螺,分流接头上部的内螺纹轴线与分流接头的轴线不同轴,偏心距为5-13mm。 
本实用新型的有益效果是:套管内液体可以经洗井通道进入,井液不能从洗井通道返出,所以地层油流不能进入套管内,不管井压有多高都不会从套管内流出,可以防止盗窃分子在套管处放油盗油,分流接头上部的内螺纹轴线与分流接头的轴线不同轴,使其竖向进液通道集中并增大,油流阻力小。

由图1可以看出,本实用新型的实施例包括上接头1、阀组2、连接管3、分流接头4、下接头5,上接头1下部与连接管3上部连接,连接管3下部的内螺纹与分流接头4上部的外螺纹连接,分流接头4下部与下接头5连接,阀组2下部的外螺纹与分流接头4上部的内螺纹连接,分流接头4上有洗井通道7和竖向进液通道6,洗井通道7与连接管3的外部相通,竖向进液通道6与下接头5相通,上接头1的上部有油管内螺纹,下接头5的下部有油管外螺,分流接头4上部的内螺纹轴线与分流接头4的轴线不同轴,偏心距为5-13mm。 
竖向进液通道6集中在一个地方,通道大,不会堆积杂物,可以沉砂。井液经竖向进液通道6向上流动,在阀组2的作用下不能从洗井通道7返出,洗井时,洗井水可以从洗井通道7进入向上流出实现油井洗井。

1.一种洗井分流开关,包括上接头(1)、阀组(2)、连接管(3)、分流接头(4)、下接头(5),上接头(1)下部与连接管(3)上部连接,连接管(3)下部的内螺纹与分流接头(4)上部的外螺纹连接,分流接头(4)下部与下接头(5)连接,阀组(2)下部的外螺纹与分流接头(4)上部的内螺纹连接,分流接头(4)上有洗井通道(7)和竖向进液通道(6),洗井通道(7)与连接管(3)的外部相通,竖向进液通道(6)与下接头(5)相通,上接头(1)的上部有油管内螺纹,下接头(5)的下部有油管外螺,其特征是:分流接头(4)上部的内螺纹轴线与分流接头(4)的轴线不同轴,偏心距为5-13mm。
