背景技术
玻璃熔制就是将配合料加入熔窑内经高温加热形成均匀、无气泡、复合成型要求的玻璃液的过程。用来制造E玻璃和生产玻璃纤维的窑炉，通常采用单元窑，单元窑是一种窑池狭长、用横穿炉膛的火焰燃烧和使用金属换热器预热助燃空气的窑炉，适合熔制难熔和质量要求高的玻璃。单元窑一般的附属设备有鼓泡器，目的：助燃，使玻璃液熔制加快；澄清和均化，因为玻璃液中存在大量气泡，澄清和均化是保证玻璃液质量和提高熔化率的主要因素，但在实际使用中，鼓泡器存在鼓泡不够和鼓泡头气孔容易堵塞的问题。
