Abstract
一种高温搅拌杯，包括有杯体，其特征在于：所述杯体的底部开设有通孔，所述通孔上设置有可透气的密封圈。与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：在普通的搅拌杯的杯体上设置有可透气的密封圈，可以保证搅拌杯在搅拌时，可以通过密封垫释放杯体内部的压力，防止爆杯或喷盖等危险和引起的伤害，而且在杯体内部压力减小后，又可以起到有效的密封效果，保证内部饮品的卫生。

本实用新型涉及一种高温搅拌杯。
背景技术
目前，市场上的封闭式搅拌杯通常包括有电动操作和手动操作两种结构，如专利号为ZL200620053932.3的中国实用新型《一种电动搅拌杯》、专利号为ZL200720012857.0的中国实用新型《搅拌杯》、专利号为ZL201220089143.0的中国实用新型《封闭式搅拌水杯》等，上述这些搅拌杯在搅拌如米糊、豆浆、芝麻糊等热饮或热的食物时，因为杯子搅拌过程中杯体上该有杯盖，是全封闭的结构，内部热量使得气压增大，很容易发生爆杯、喷盖等危险及伤害，造成使用不安全。
实用新型内容
本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术现状而提供一种结构简单且使用更加安全的高温搅拌杯。
本实用新型解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案为：一种高温搅拌杯，包括有杯体，其特征在于：所述杯体的底部开设有通孔，所述通孔上设置有可透气的密封圈。
作为优选，所述杯体的底部在所述通孔的周边开设有透气孔，所述密封圈的底部开设有可与所述透气孔相对应的出气槽。
作为进一步优选，所述杯体包括有壳体和杯盖，所述通孔开设于所述杯盖上，所述密封圈设置于所述杯盖上。
作为优选，所述杯体包括有壳体、杯盖和饮用嘴盖，所述杯盖套设与所述壳体上，所述饮用嘴盖安装于所述杯盖上，所述饮用嘴盖开设有所述通孔，所述密封圈设置于所述饮用嘴盖上。
与现有技术相比，本实用新型的优点在于：在普通的搅拌杯的杯体上设置有可透气的密封圈，可以保证搅拌杯在搅拌时，可以通过密封垫释放杯体内部的压力，防止爆杯或喷盖等危险和引起的伤害，而且在杯体内部压力减小后，又可以起到有效的密封效果，保证内部饮品的卫生。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
如图1～图5所示，本实施例公开了一种高温搅拌杯，该搅拌杯包括有杯体1，通常该杯体1的一端开口并和搅拌装置2密封连接，杯体1单独的壳体，如图1、图2和图3所示，该杯体1的底部开设有通孔11，在通孔11的周边开设有透气孔12，通孔11上设置有可透气的密封圈3，密封圈3包括有本体和卡部，本体的外径大于通孔11的外径，并且，本体的底部开设有可与透气孔相对应的出气槽。
本实施例的杯体也包括有单独壳体5和连接于该壳体5上的杯盖4，如图4所示，通孔则开设于杯盖4上，密封圈3就设置于杯盖4上。
本实施例的杯体还可以为包括有壳体6、杯盖7和饮用嘴盖8的结构，如图5所示，杯盖7套设于壳体6上，饮用嘴盖8安装于杯盖7上，饮用嘴盖8上开设有通孔，密封圈3设置于饮用嘴盖8上。
本实施例的杯体和搅拌装置连接后，形成一个全封闭的内腔，在对热饮进行搅拌的过程中，内腔的气压不断增大，通过在杯体上设置一个透气密封圈，可以自动释放内腔内部的气压，调整杯体内部的压力，防止爆杯、喷盖等危险发生，提高使用安全性和可靠性；当杯体内的气压减小而低于安全隐患时，密封圈又可以有效起到密封的作用，防止杯体内的液体流出，既环保又卫生。
本实施例的密封圈结构可以用于封闭的杯体上，也可以用于带杯盖的封闭杯体上或者带饮用嘴盖的封闭杯体上，或者其他结构的封闭杯体上。
Claims (4)
1.一种高温搅拌杯，包括有杯体，其特征在于：所述杯体的底部开设有通孔，所述通孔上设置有可透气的密封圈。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温搅拌杯，其特征在于：所述杯体的底部在所述通孔的周边开设有透气孔，所述密封圈的底部开设有可与所述透气孔相对应的出气槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温搅拌杯，其特征在于：所述杯体包括有壳体和杯盖，所述通孔开设于所述杯盖上，所述密封圈设置于所述杯盖上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温搅拌杯，其特征在于：所述杯体包括有壳体、杯盖和饮用嘴盖，所述杯盖套设于所述壳体上，所述饮用嘴盖安装于所述杯盖上，所述饮用嘴盖开设有所述通孔，所述密封圈设置于所述饮用嘴盖上。
