具体使用情况：
棉农手握塑料把(6)，向前推动，使张开口的半圆弧形钳口(5)置于棉秆根部，双手向内向下用力，向下用力可以使半圆弧形钳口(5)夹紧棉秆，向下用力，钳轴(2)下面的支撑杆(3)、支撑轮(4)共同成为支点，使前端的钳口(5)处向上运动，拔出棉秆；双手向外运动，钳口(5)松开棉秆，完成拔一棵棉秆全过程。因为该拔棉秆虎钳是省力杠杆，所以在拔棉秆时省力。
使用该拔棉秆虎钳拔棉花秆时，不需要大幅度弯腰，省力、省时、效率高。
