Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种短路保护器，包括外壳和底板，底板两端卡设于外壳上；其中，外壳的内部设置有感温片，感温片的一端通过焊片固设于外壳的内底部，感温片的另一端设置有动触点，动触点的上方设有静触点，静触点设置在底板上，底板和静触点之间设置有绝缘件，在底板的内表面上设置有发热件。其中，发热件为发热丝或者发热片。利用发热件作为感温片的热源，通过使用不同的发热件的不同发热量以及在同一条件下热量的散失时间来影响到感温片的恢复时间，从而控制短路后的跳脱时间，有效控制断电时间。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及过载保护器，特别是一种短路保护器。
背景技术
目前市场上的产品已经有使用到电流保护和温度保护的保护器，这些产品并不具备短路突跳的功能。如图1所示，一种短路保护器，其外壳2’和盖板3’组合安装，双金属片5’的一端通过焊片4’固定在外壳2’的内底面，双金属片5’的另一端设置有动触点7’，该动触点7’所对应的盖板3’上设置有静触点6’，静触点6’与盖板3’之间设置有绝缘纸1’。双金属片5’在感应电线8’短路所产生的热量是通过空气传递的，速度比较慢，不能及时地并在准确时间进行断电。是在短路后很长时间才可以断开，对安全性没有起到很好的保护效果。
实用新型内容
本实用新型要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术的不足，提供一种短路后可控制跳脱时间从而有效控制断电时间的保护器。
为解决上述技术问题，本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：一种短路保护器，包括外壳和底板，底板两端卡设于外壳上；其中，外壳的内部设置有感温片，感温片的一端通过焊片固设于外壳的内底部，感温片的另一端设置有动触点，动触点的上方设有静触点，静触点设置在底板上，底板和静触点之间设置有绝缘件，在底板的内表面上设置有发热件。
上述技术方案中，发热件为发热丝或者发热片。
上述技术方案中，绝缘件为绝缘纸。
本实用新型的有益效果是：利用发热件作为感温片的热源，通过使用不同的发热件的不同发热量以及在同一条件下热量的散失时间来影响到感温片的恢复时间，从而控制短路后的跳脱时间，有效控制断电时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示，一种短路保护器，包括外壳9和底板2，底板2两端卡设于外壳9上；其中，外壳9的内部设置有感温片6，感温片6的一端通过焊片4固设于外壳9的内底部，感温片6的另一端设置有动触点7，动触点7对应上方的底板2上设置有静触点8，底板2和静触点8之间设置有绝缘纸3，在底板2的内表面上设置有发热件5。
优选的，发热件5为发热丝或者发热片。不同大小的发热件5，产生的热量不同，所热量散失的速度也不同。
本实用新型的工作原理：通过电线1接通电源以及接好负载开始工作后，当负载异常发生短路时产生过大电流，此时大电流流经发热件5，使发热件5瞬间发热，热量瞬间经空气传递给感温片6，当感温片6的温度达到一定程度后，感温片6就会进行变形使动触点7下移与静触点8分离，达到瞬间断开的效果。在断电后，发热件5的热量慢慢散失，感温片6的温度也相应的慢慢降低，降低到一定程度后就会回复原形，使动触点7上移与静触点8接触。至于断电后感温片6的恢复时间根据不同大小的发热件5所产生的发热量来控制；大的发热件5产生的热量多，散失的较慢，感温片6的恢复时间就较慢，即断电恢复时间较长；反之，小的发热件5产生的热量少，散失的较快，感温片6的恢复时间就较短，即断电恢复时间较短。

1.一种短路保护器，包括外壳和底板，底板两端卡设于外壳上，其特征在于：所述外壳的内部设置有感温片，所述感温片的一端通过焊片固设于外壳的内底部，所述感温片的另一端设置有动触点，所述动触点的上方设有静触点，所述静触点设置在所述底板上，所述底板和静触点之间设置有绝缘件，在所述底板的内表面上设置有发热件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种短路保护器，其特征在于：所述发热件为发热丝或者发热片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种短路保护器，其特征在于：所述绝缘件为绝缘纸。
